Amphi is a small neighborhood about five miles north of Downtown Tucson. Amphi has several schools, restaurants, and stores, but many residents head about a mile north to go to Tucson Mall for a wider variety of options. Along with a small neighborhood park, Amphi is also near several parks like Rillito Regional Park, which hosts a farmers market and other special events. Amphi is more affordable compared to other Tucson neighborhoods, so there are rental options available for every budget and taste. Residents also appreciate proximity to the Tucson Botanical Gardens, the University of Arizona, and Reid Park Zoo. Property Ratings at Sandstone
I've live there for 3 years, it was happy living there before. Now it is a nightmare living there, they shut off water every week for hours, they do landscaping in the early morning, so no one can sleep well. If anything is not working in the apartment, they ask you to call technicians to come in to fix problem, they do not do their jobs.

This is a good place to live. I feel safe around the gated community. The maintenance gets the job done right away and do a good job keeping the area neat. It's a very quiet peaceful place! I recommend these apartments to my friends all of the time!
