It's a good community to live in. The office are nice as well. It's pretty quite here as well. Maintenance is pretty on top of things. The neighbors are quite and nice.

I have lived at Sandstone now for 4 years. It is been a great experience! I love the location and the people who work here. Everyone tries their best to be helpful and make your experience even better. I would highly recommend the Sandstone Apts to any one needing a new place to live.

I have had very little issues living at Sandstone. My biggest complaint was the noise coming from my neighbors in the middle of the night. I submitted a complaint, and it was handled promptly. The front office staff is very nice, and maintenance is fairly timely. The location is great!

It a nice place to stay the area is pretty quite and it’s around a lot of stores like heb target family dollar and so on. This is a nice area it close to the mall.

Comfortable. N convenient don't need vehicle to survive plus it'sten minutes from my job. Most of all I fell safe no one hanging out late nights.

The staff are really nice. They really listen to your concerns. They are will to work with you no matter if you call or decided to go to the office. Management will hear your concerns.

This management staff really cares and listens. The maintenance staff is also very helpful and friendly. Both of these staffs do a great job.

I really like it here! There will always be some issues, but that goes with apartment living. I will be staying on when my lease is due even though my rent took a huge jump.

It was awesome and peaceful, the office was good help and maintenance always on time to fix things, it just took halfway through summer to get the pool open.

Living here going on 8 years now, still enjoy staying here, nice atmosphere, cool neighbors. The staff is nice and always ready to assist you. When need a repair maintenance gets it done asap.

The neighbors are friendly, and the community feels like a tight-knit family. The location is also super convenient, with easy access to shops, and restaurants. I feel safe and secure, with the gated community and on-site security. Overall, I'm thoroughly enjoying my time at Sandstone Apartments and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing living experience!"

It's going okay, can't complain. It's quiet, not too many things go on. Rules are enforced across the board, but other than that, it's a nice place to live. I've been here 3 years.

Great management! Great place to live. The apartment provides lots of storage space, large closet, and the front office staff is kind & caring.

1) When we moved in the apartment had intense cigarette smell that we were never notified of the last tenant smoking in the house about and they refused to fix the problem, 2) The HVAC is obviously from the 70's or 80's when the property was originally constructed. It's completely brown with rust and the filters don't prevent dust from spreading through the house. It's visible on the ceiling near all vents. 3) We were directly LIED to when they said the pool had been closed for just two months, other tenants said 2 years at the time we moved in and now I guess it's been 3. 4) Don't nail anything to the wall cause there might be asbestos 5) New management taped a "Lease Termination Notice" to our door telling us to move out in 4 days for non payment of a NEW $77 utility charge that was posted 4 days prior. Never attempted to call either of us, email either of us, knock on the door, give us a warning that a new charge was coming, etc. Literally because they didn't get a payment in 4 days of it posting they want to terminate the lease.... This happened to at least 5 people on the same day.

The apartment was a good price for what we got. The biggest issue was that the pantry is extremely small. staff are all super nice and maintenance is really fast. It's a great place for first time renters staff called and helped me make sure I had all of my paperwork and made it all so much less stressful.

AC never worked good enough to keep the apartment luke warm. Maintenance can't fix them. They want to constantly raise the rent with no improves to justify the increase.

The management team at Sandstone Apartments is simply fantastic. Anytime I have had an issue or question, they have quickly and professionally helped me. Couple days with the attractive apartments and landscaping, Sandstone apartments is a great place to live.

I’ve lived in this apartment for half a year now and I have really enjoyed my time here. Any maintenance I needed done was completed quickly. Pest control comes once a month. The neighborhood is nice, filled with kind people. Overall, it has been better than my previous experience with apartments.

I have been living here for several years the staff is nice and I love the community events. I look forward to more in the future. Many of the changes in the past few months have really made up for it. Work order getting done quicker.

As someone who has lived many of places this is by far the best place I’ve lived since I’ve been on my own the staff takes care of every thing you need. Very affordable, clean, and well kept grounds. Look no further this is your humble abode.

If your looking at renting an apartment don't let the good reviews of the current residents fool you. As soon as you try to move out they will hit you with every charge they can. Plus the office staff doesn't even know what they can and can't do when your putting in your notice to leave especially if you have multiple people on the lease. especially if your a first time renter DO NOT rent a place here the space for the price doesn't even make it worth it.(in addition the "corporate office" response to reviews but even if you do contact them like they ask they won't talk to you.)

The property of the Sandstone Apartment complex is beautiful, the pool is well cared for and the staff is the best and friendliest I have known since I myself worked as a porter in Galveston, Texas.
