My experience at sanford landing hasn’t been the best but definitely not the worst! There is always room for improvement, whether that’s the leasing agents customer service or the maintenance in our homes.

It is a great place and for the most part the staff are good at getting things done. But there is an ongoing issue with the lighting outside making it extremely dark and it appears that nothing seems to be getting done about it

Awful experience, moving as soon and this lease is up, got no assistance from the management, the place is a dump, neighbors are disgusting leaving trash in the parking lot from their apartment or from the cars which includes fast food and baby diapers, dog poop In all of the grass no one picks up after their animals plus people have dogs bigger than 30LBS which violates the apartment policy, no parking at all have to park on the other side of the complex and neighbors who have 8-10 people all the time in the house scream in the middle of the night same with dogs barking at 3 am. I don’t recommend this place to anyone

I love the space but so far I’ve had a lot of technical issues in the apartment. I have multiple outlets not working, my ice machine doesn’t work and initially the air conditioner had issues. The air condition was fixed quickly but the other issues haven’t as they are not emergencies . It’s just concerning to move into a new place with so many present issues.

Sanford landing apartments is a wonderful place to live. Besides the chaos that surrounds the neighborhood like the ambulance at the hospital or loud neighboring communities. Walls are a little to thin.

I am in my 12th year at Sanford Landing and my overall experience has been very good. The side I live on tends to be quiet due to fewer apartments over here. I lived upstairs for years and loved sitting on my porch taking pictures of eagles and other wildlife. I had to relocate recently due to knee issues and I now have a wonderful view of the lake. Maintenance has always responded promptly.

Quiet complex with friendly people Great grounds with a homey feel. This is not a good choice if you're only interested in amenities but it does have a great pool.

I have lived here for some years, but I must say management or the young ladies in the office are so nice. They try to make our stay here interesting while still keeping the property looking nice. Any concerns I have are addressed timely, and they have a great attitude. I feel this is a safe place to live.

Issues in my apartment that haven't been resolved yet. And honestly issues have been going on about a week after I moved in and nothing... but yes it's a nice and quiet place amazing pool area amazing neighbors. Close to the riverfront very nice

Everything has been great so far. We are only a month in at this point. It took a while to update and correct our initial 1st-month payment but waived any late fee. My only complaint is that despite knowing they were working on getting our first-month stuff set up and their issues (according to them somewhat frequently on the first month) we got an automated warning to pay taped to our door. Which with my anxiety made me pretty paranoid and upset but they fixed the portal so I could pay 2 days later and there were no issues. The building and apartment is a bit aged, we caught some dead Florida bugs the first few days, which makes sense and means that they sprayed before we moved in. Our apartment has no carpet, which I personally prefer, and is wood throughout. I think it is a laminate or false wood but it looks nice. there are a few nicks in the floor from the last tenants but nothing major.

We are enjoying living at Sanford Landings very much. I did not want to move from our home but now I am very glad we did. The lush landscaping , apartment conveniences , nice balcony are just a few of the reasons why it has been wonderful so far. But by far the best part of living here is the very nice and approachable residents and staff which give the complex a true neighborhood feel.

Save your money
I moved in in 2022 and honestly the first 6 months the place was pretty nice, quiet and generally decent however in the almost 2 years since i've moved you can see just how dirty areas of the complex are, there have been multiple emails about kids being unsupervised and making messes in community areas or vandalising other peoples property and the amenities are very poor and closed half the time. Many buildings have dogs that bark constantly and the property is overrun with ducks that love to destroy any garbage left outside the usually overflowing dumpsters. Also GOOD LUCK getting maintenance to do anything in a timely manner, i've had multiple leaks, including a large one that they chose to ignore for days and would not answer the phone when calling their "emergency line". The leasing office is hard to contact and the turnover rate is astronomical so good luck actually getting through to someone that knows what theyre doing. I cannot wait for my lease to end to leave this dump.

Worst Apartment I’ve ever lived in
This is without a doubt the worst apartment I ever lived in. The staff was rude, the grounds are in horrible shape, and the apartments are falling apart. In my short time here I experienced mold (in the walls and appliances), water damage (was already there and became worse as I had to literally beg to get any help on it), and crime. The only reason this place has five stars reviews is because they give discounts on rent for them.

Between the move in process, consistent help from Yasmin in the office, and the quality of the apartment, we are so happy to be here! We came from an apartment with very low care and quality control, that was causing us a lot of stress and this is a breath of fresh air. Thank you guys endlessly!

The community is quiet, secluded and clean. Just beautiful and all together safe. The leasing process was very easy and the agent Yasmin made our experience memorable. We love her!!! We are freshly new residents and we had a amazing experience with all people from the lease office. They was all helpful and nice. The area is so nice, quiet, peaceful, and friendly. One thing that would be nice is a basketball court added but everything else amazing so far. They also gave us a paper to list what might be wrong or needs fixing which was great
