If you stay inside with and updated unit it’s great. Outside, old units, some parts of the neighborhood, some of the staff, and some amenities are not the best though.

It is a great place and for the most part the staff are good at getting things done. But there is an ongoing issue with the lighting outside making it extremely dark and it appears that nothing seems to be getting done about it

Awful experience, moving as soon and this lease is up, got no assistance from the management, the place is a dump, neighbors are disgusting leaving trash in the parking lot from their apartment or from the cars which includes fast food and baby diapers, dog poop In all of the grass no one picks up after their animals plus people have dogs bigger than 30LBS which violates the apartment policy, no parking at all have to park on the other side of the complex and neighbors who have 8-10 people all the time in the house scream in the middle of the night same with dogs barking at 3 am. I don’t recommend this place to anyone

I love the space but so far I’ve had a lot of technical issues in the apartment. I have multiple outlets not working, my ice machine doesn’t work and initially the air conditioner had issues. The air condition was fixed quickly but the other issues haven’t as they are not emergencies . It’s just concerning to move into a new place with so many present issues.

Sanford landing apartments is a wonderful place to live. Besides the chaos that surrounds the neighborhood like the ambulance at the hospital or loud neighboring communities. Walls are a little to thin.

So the process for moving in was the best experience I’ve ever encountered because Michelle is very sweet and nice she made me feel welcomed. Her and the staff made sure I had all my concerns addressed. My move in day was smooth and hopefully this will be a great home for me

It’s been so amazing the staff is great, the pool is huge and the gym is 24 hours! Pet friendly. And the neighbors are nice. Very quiet neighborhood

I am in my 12th year at Sanford Landing and my overall experience has been very good. The side I live on tends to be quiet due to fewer apartments over here. I lived upstairs for years and loved sitting on my porch taking pictures of eagles and other wildlife. I had to relocate recently due to knee issues and I now have a wonderful view of the lake. Maintenance has always responded promptly.

We love the sports size pool. Having kids it's been one of the best features. We also enjoy the lakefront views and all the wild life. The Sanford Marina and down town are just minutes away.

It's a nice community, repairs are done quickly, it's a little expensive for what you get however. They are old buildings in need of a lot of tlc.

So far I love the community and my apartment. Once we get the ant problem eradicated and the lights outside working I believe I am going to be very happy. The staff at the business Center have been awesome.

The process was a bit confusing as we were moving in during a holiday week but things have started to settle down and become smoothe. The maitenence team has been helpful and i appreciate the responses when we reach out. The pool is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. Friendly staff and residents.
