I really like it here
A lot of the apartments have been upgraded while I've been here which is great because it shows that the owners actually care. The office staff is amazing and the maintenance people are always quick to with anything I ever need. As soon as I was greeted in the office I knew that the people here actually enjoy their work and want to help others which is a big deal if you've been in the renting world. Overall I really enjoy living here and an added perk is that its close to lots of shopping areas.

Sango Place is a great community to be a part of. The staff is kind and professional and the grounds are orderly!

Very Pleasant Place
I had a six month lease here. Throughout that time I had no issues whatsoever. The office staff was pleasant and respectful, and they were very forthcoming with all information. The property, while not ritzy, was clean and met all of my needs and expectations. It was located conveniently. If I had work there again, I would sign with Sango Place again. If you're looking for reasonable accommodations at a reasonable price, you'd be in good hands here.

Sango Place Apts
I have lived here going on 7 years and I love it. My apt is the town house type with bath and a half and washer dryer hook-ups, central air and heat and always received excellent repairs in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant place to call home .You have some very good places to shop close by and Wal-mart is just a 5 minute walk from anywhere in the complex. Your allowed to cook outside on a grill if you desire to do so. Hope you'll come visit us in the future.Thanks

Stay away!
It's a fine place physically. The claims of Christian owned and operated is greatly exaggerated. The front office is a revolving door. Good luck gaining rapport with anyone. As far as the apartment goes you will struggle having things work. Air conditioner works half the time. Washer/dryer units quit working on occasion. The pool is disgusting and they don't ever seen to clean it. Little things frustratingly malfunction. You'll have the dishwasher flood or a door handle come off. Plug outlets won't work. It's a laundry list of issues that easily should be taken care of. The maintenance is impossible to get a hold of much like the front office. They will try to trap you in at the end of lease without notification. Then at end of inspection will tally extra things like painting when they just painted before move in, carpet cleaning, turning the water off (really???) and minor replacement changes on things that never were wrong. They are really crooked and you'll end up losing a lot of money owed to you. They'll take your deposit and then Charge extra so you owe them. My advice, stay away unless desperate. I had seen the bad reviews and thought maybe it'll be different for me. Sadly it wasn't. Management was rude and shady as they come. You've been warned.

Sango place not Sango place
The apartment itself is great the management part not right. We pay our rent to the building but they don't own the set I live in just manage it and the place itself has a pool that I do not get access to. Not fare. The apartment is great well kept but issues with the patio and water all over the concrete constantly, that can't be fixed.
