Santa Ana Apartments historically has always been an affordable senior apartment complex. Now under new ownership, and with the installation of Sansone's tyrannical and incompetent Property Manager, studio and one bedroom apartment monthly rents increased outrageously to 41%. Seniors and the disabled with many on a fixed income are not able to afford to reside at Santa Ana Apartments. A 41% monthly rent increase is pure greed and price gouging of the poor and aged! Santa Ana Apartments current condition of disrepair, systemic maintenance issues, roach and bed bug infestation, and the many undesirable tenants with histories of incarceration and chronic alcohol/drug abuse; should not be categorized in the class of area apartments commanding the market rental rate. Santa Ana is grossly overpriced. Avoid Santa Ana Apartments.
Don't be fooled, Santa Ana Apartments advertised renovations are simply "cake decorations." For the most part, the upgrades and renovations have been put in place to unjustly drive rental rates higher. Santa Ana Apartments are not in the class of area modernized and updated apartments with amenities in the mid-to-high monthly rental range. Santa Ana Apartments is best described as an undesirable, below average rental complex requiring premium monthly rent payments! Don't be fooled by the misleading advertisements!
Cosmetic upgrades to individual apartments does not justify a monthly rate hike of $200+. The 'newly renovated Santa Ana Apartments" is very misleading; the apartments are small, dated and infested with German cockroaches and bed bugs. Painting the existing kitchen cabinets and replacing aged, dirty carpeting with inexpensive and inferior vinyl plank flooring is equivalent to putting lipstick on a pig. Santa Ana apartments is a dump, and given there is no competent on site maintenance staff; Santa Ana should be relegated to the bottom of the heap. Sansone's on site Property Manager is also incompetent, disrespectful and unprofessional. It's best to pass on Santa Ana, and continue the search for a more suitable and livable dwelling.
I've lived here for five years this is a great place to live with or without transportation. It's close to so many restaurants ,Walgreens ,Saint Ann Center ,and much more .There's always some kind of activities for the month .The apartments are affordable comfortable and all the appliances are user-friendly.

I've lived here for 5 years this is a great place to live with or without transportation. It's close to many restaurants, Shopping centers, grocery stores, Walgreens, and so many more. There are always some kind of activities for the month, the apartments are affordable, comfortable ,and all the appliances are user friendly.
