I have been there long enough to see managers come and go. Maintenance is often slow. But the rent is quite favorable. And, manager Amanda is willing to push for necessary repairs. No complaints here.

you get what you pay for. Cheap rent. hard to get maintenence to fix anything . water is unexpectedly turned off without a warning.
