Situated in west Texas along the Rio Grande, just north of the United States-Mexico border, El Paso embraces the past while building the future. Chamizal National Memorial, a museum and park, honors the peaceful settlement of the Chamizal boundary dispute while the University of Texas at El Paso fosters tomorrow’s leaders.
El Paso is known as the Sun City, boasting over 300 days of sunshine every year. There are plenty of venues to enjoy the frequent sunshine, including the El Paso Zoo, Franklin Mountains State Park, and nearby Wet n Wild Waterworld. The Rio Grande is a popular spot for whitewater rafting, canoeing, and fishing as well.
Should you want to head indoors, you have the option to catch a performance at the Plaza Theatre, indulge in authentic Mexican cuisine, admire the works in the El Paso Museum of Art, and tour the El Paso Museum of History in addition to the El Paso Holocaust Museum and Study Center.

Property Ratings at Santa Fe Place
I love living here, the staff has been so helpful! The proprerty is very well kept and its super quiet
They have constant water issues and their is always dog poop all over the grass and side walk. Most importantly the electricity boxes outside are not locked and someone keeps turning off my lights and I tell management everyday and they have yet to lock the boxes or send letters telling people to stop!
Literal worse place to live. When I first moved in they were shampooing and cleaning the place while we were moving stuff in, after a week my brother started to get rashes from the carpet and asked them to shampoo it again which they fought us for but eventually did it. They would turn off the water and not let us know, even while we were in it. They never painted over the graffiti in the chimney and claimed it was us that did it and got charged for it once we left. The carpet also had dents and felt like if you stepped on it the floor would collapse to the apartment below. The water heater also almost never worked. The AC wouldn’t work properly. If you move in to this apartments just expect a big check for “damages” which was already there. Also the tub would leak water when yiu would shower.
On the westside it's very difficult to find a decent place to live for a low price but I absolutely love living here. the views are so pretty and quiet and the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Even during the pandemic they have been so patient with everything and you can tell that they genuinely care
Since the take over in February, there have been a lot of down falls. But the new management team has been working hard and getting everything fixed. When the water leak had happened and our water bill had come out to over $100 dollars, the girls in the office we great at explaining what was wrong and that they would be getting a new total for us later in the month from Corporate. This did happen for a couple of months, and thank goodness, the bills have finally started going down, *problem with allocated water, it is a few months behind*. The girls are always friendly and are more than willing to help with any question that you have to throw at them. I live in the large one bedroom, and the space is great, especially the closet. And the two pools, I don't even go to my parents house anymore, lol. But overall, the girls are super sweet and nice, and will even hold a decent conversation with you. They genuinely care about you and how your home is doing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO EVERYONE AND ANYONE.
New management company took over in February 2016 and the staff they brought with them are completely incompetent. Rarely in the office, never answers the phones... as someone else said, "rotten guts place"
other then really nice workers , they suck at helping people, they come at there own time & sometimes they are hardly in the office ! There has been so many break-ins & even perverts ! Not to mention people from Chihuahua comes and rambles through our dumpsters ! There are always issues concerning the water lines in some buildings . Some areas of the complex is very dark it is scary especially when recently there has been a lot of home invasions !!! ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK .
Even though the buildings of this apartment complex seem colorful, the air vents are dusty, the furnace is corroded, the floor underneath the carpet is cracked and uneven, and original plumbing needs replacing for the entire complex. We have been hit by burglars, and are constantly visited by dumpster divers. Administration is inconsistent and unreliable, so much that the district manager has to run the complex to maintain order. Residents don't seem to put things in writing which keeps administration from resolving problems promptly. Once requests in writing are received, administration opens a work-order immediately, so they're pretty good about that. Two pools that are sometimes closed for no apparent reason, but mostly for good reasons...I'm sure (failing a pool inspection because their emergency phone wasn't working; it's been fixed.) Security is provided from 6 pm to 6 am (something like that). And parking is Free and plentiful (except when people insist on cramming the smallest parking lot, leaving the bigger one vacant) And that is the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth Hope this helps. P.S. Watch out for the dog poo.
