- They never show up to fix things. - Hidden fees - rude management - not safe to live here
Poor amenities and they don't even care to fix any issues
Initially we loved this place, the management was good - however for past 6 months or so, since the new management has taken over (and they changed the name from Santa Fe Ranch to Tides o Ranchview), the condition has deteriorated. They have added un-necessary amount to monthly bills, zero service, don't respond to calls from current renters, rude, change rules on their whims and fancy. Just waiting for my lease to be over. Avoid renting here if you can.
Moved out almost 5 months ago. They do not pay back security deposits. We passed all the inspections. Left apartment immaculate. After 15 phone calls and 12 emails, they admitted we were owed the security deposit however they will not send it. These people are extremely dishonest and take advantage or renters. Stay away.
Worst in following the rules they put in place. No one follows the rules about trash or noise issues and even reported with evidence nothing is done here. Not sure why you give lease agreement for with so many rules ? Water shutdown every month without notice using emergency as an excuse. Emergency means once or twice and not every month. The meaning of emergency lost its value in this complex. If you never tried here, never even come here. Look some where else.

I’ve been living here for almost 2 years now and every month i find roaches. I live in a 3rd floor apt and am rarely home so not here enough to make mess. Management sprays with a non invasive spray inside the home upon request. Still have this problem.

Absolute worst place to live. No respect for their residents or their guests when it comes to parking. The very few guest parking they have is ridiculous. Towing happens all the time even if you have a “parking pass”. They obviously have some deal made with the shady towing company. I’d avoid at all costs and find a better complex in the area to live at. There are plenty others that give you way more for your money and you don’t have to deal with the rude staff and their miserable parking life.

My family and I called Santa Fe Ranch home from 2014-2015 and were sad to leave. We absolutely LOVED our apartment home- any issues, noise or maintenance related were handled in a timely matter and we had zero issues so it was a no brainer when we were looking for a new place in the fall of 2016 that we would be moving back to SFR. Since being here we’ve had no complaints- during the summer our AC went out and it was close to 11pm, I called the after hours line and 10 minutes later the on call service tech was knocking at our door letting us know he was handling the issue! To all the staff- thank you for making this experience such an enjoyable one, you will all be missed!
Nice place and i have been living for 3 years . the Maintenance staff and the leasing agents are very friendly. I would recommend any one to stay in this apartments :)

I have been living at Santa Fe Ranch apartments for almost 5 years now, and it is still the best apartment I have lived in. The staff is great, maintenance requests are taken care of in a very timely manner, it is quiet (I have lived next to some very noisy neighbors), and the location can't be beat. I would definitely recommend stopping by and checking it out.

The staff is wonderful. They are kind and responsive and maintenance is always quick to take care of tickets also. The complex is quiet and very well taken care of. It is in a great location. A quick drive to many restaurants and shopping. I have truly enjoyed calling this place home.
Absolutely love this residence. Extremely affordable. Staff is awesome. Apartments are nice. Maintenance is always sharp. Must rent from!!

I love it here! It is nice and well taken care of, and I say this after living here for almost four plus years. The staff in the management office is always pleasant and helpful. Perhaps the most important feature, most of the times maintenance staff is on the ball.
This manager was making up charges left and right after I left the property (after almost 3 years of living there). She does not get that there were managers before her and were running the show differently. She (Carolina) charged me for things that are fair and things that are imaginary and things that were there before I even got to this apart. bottom line they're looking for free money to get out of you. I paid because I don't have time for the headache (I could let it go to collection as I don't need my Credit Score), but putting this review to let everyone know how this manager cares the least about what's fair and customer satisfaction. NO Sense of business or seeing the big picture/shutting down business opportunities (just care about her salary maybe not the whole company).
