The apartments are old but cheap apartments, walls are very thin so you can hear neighbors, management is great, allows pets which is good since lot of places here don’t. Move in specials are always good.

Been here for three years. Since new management has been in place, things have been getting done and has turned around.

Great place for college students. Its not the best but you make it how you want it. Allows pets so it's a plus. Management is very knowledgable and loving and cares for each resident. Tries her best to please everyone.
