Broadmore is mostly residential and home to people of many different ages. This is also where the Thomas Park Recreation Center is located. Broussard, Youngsville, and Scott are small cities on the outskirts of Lafayette.

Very nice and inviting community and neighbors. I was pleased to find when moving here they were pet friendly. Upon move in, it was a smooth transition and process. My apartment is amazing. Remodeled and love the color schemes. No complaints about Santa Rosa.
