Property Ratings at Santini Villa Apartments
These apartments are super old. We were sick all the time we stayed in these units. The carpets, kitchen appliances and doors are decaying old. Besides, the kitchen is super tiny in Woodbrook apartments. Also, there are no grocery stores close by. Closest one is at least 3 miles away. The staff is generally rude and condescending. The terms and conditions of the deposit are arbitrary. They charged us $350 towards cleaning charges when we left. I suspect they use it to upgrade their old apartments.
Santini living does an excellent job with their units. My wife and I have only been living here for three months, but we have had only great experiences with them. With snow storms, they communicate well with their snow removal progress. Their on-site maintenance is fantastic and fast to respond. The property has security cameras and it is one of the safer neighborhoods in the town, with a perfect location to everything. Veronica and Stephanie are fantastic in the leasing office, and communicate very well. Overall, it is a fantastic place to live.
This was my first apartment experience and Sanitini Villa has set the bar high for quality apartment living! I lived in a 1 bedroom in Woodbrook III and it was so spacious. The community is quiet, clean, and I feel very safe. Residents consist of small families, retirees, college students, and young professionals, and everyone is friendly and respectful. The staff is very nice, attentive and helpful. The unit was in excellent condition so maintenance calls were rare, but when needed, the staff responded quickly. I truly have nothing negative to say about Santini Villa - it has been such a pleasant experience, and I highly recommend this complex.
Been here for about 5 years and I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. Friendly staff and maintenance always responds in a timely fashion. The area is perfect and the variety of townhouses and apartments really suit anyone’s needs. The summer time is amazing here with the fancy pool and 24 hour gym. 100% worth looking into.
We’ve lived here for nine years having searched for an apartment with the bedroom on the first floor. The owners, office staff & maintenance staff are ALWAYS very attentive to our needs. Every year they host several parties at the clubhouse to foster a community spirit & it works.....we’ve made many new friends here. Bob & Pat
We have lived at Santini for almost 8 yrs and love it. We are in a one bedroom at Woodbrook III and it is very spacious. The Office and Maintenance Staff are all very friendly, courteous and helpful. The plus of living here is our own front entrance with 2 parking spots right in front of our apartment. Plenty of visitor parking too. The grounds are well maintained and winters are kept plowed, shoveled and sanded. There is a beautiful clubhouse with pool table and kitchen area, pool with lifeguard and fitness room. We would highly recommend Santini to anyone looking for a quiet, safe and affordable place to live. Our experience has only been positive.
I have lived here at Santini Villas for a little over 3 yrs now. And I love it! The grounds are meticulously kept as is the gym, clubhouse and the gorgeous pool. Besides looking and feeling like an upscale resort-Santini hosts several parties throughout the year-and they are Nice. The office staff is terrific- helpful and eager to assist. The maintenance crew is great- always available. If they can't fix something-Santini places it. Not that much breaks. They inspect our apts 2x a year-once at lease renewal and a yearly check-up. Very safe and secure. Lots of parking for residents and visitors. Like I said "proud to call it home." Santini family-you rock!
I’ve lived in the Santini Villa Sunrise for many years........love it. The location is perfect. It’s a quaint and quiet. The private entrance makes it feel more like a house than apartment. A perfect space for one person.
I have lived in Santini Villa Apartments for over 4 years and have loved it. The property is well maintained, safe, and quiet. The property is also very well managed. Any time I have had an issue maintenance staff have responded immediately and addressed the issue. The level of professionalism at Santini is not found at many other complexes. Lastly, the pool is a great amenity for the summer time. There is a full time life guard on duty, so you don’t have to worry about unattended children or people misusing the facilities. The pool is well maintained, and definitely a step above most public swimming areas. Overall, I highly recommend Santini. The quality is far superior to other local complexes. I honestly am baffled by any negative reviews. My experience has only been positive.
I've been at Santini for four years now and couldn't be happier. I lived in the townhouses originally and I couldn't believe how affordable the unit was for how spacious and nice it was. I live in the one-bedroom Stoneledge apartments now and am just as happy. The staff at Santini -- everyone from the office managers to the maintenance personnel -- is extremely efficient, professional, and friendly. One of the things I like the most about Santini is the effort the owners and staff put into making it feel like a community. They have really fun seasonal parties and the office staff makes a point to remember you by name. It's also great to visit the beautiful clubhouse, the pool, and the gym. The one thing I would say about Stoneledge is that you should try to find a unit on the second floor instead of the ground floor. My upstairs neighbor is exceptionally noisy and I can hear his every footstep.
Worst place. I stayed there for three years and the condition was getting worse every year. By all means stay away from here. Very very unprofessional property staff and owner of the apartment is very rude! With this amount of money, you can go better place for living.

This complex is the worst place to live in. It is not secure/safe at all. We have received soooooo many email from them regarding 'cars damage', 'stolen tires' and robberies in the complex.

We send out emails periodically to make sure our residents take the proper precautions in securing their vehicles. Unfortunately, throughout Connecticut, there have been thefts of commercial properties, but we have since added security cameras throughout our complex. If you have any specific questions or concerns, please contact me at ksantini@santiniliving.com. Thank you.
Very convenient, specious and lovely apartments. Excellent management staff.
I love everything about living in this apartment. It's convenient, the management staff are excellent, the pool is fantastic, and the neighbors are very friendly. I could not be happier.
