I appreciate the staff as they’ve been nothing sub par of phenomenal ?? As well the peace afforded to me living in Sapphire is unmatched by any other apartment community. They have my vote!
We have lived here for almost 2 years! We absolutely love it here. We have loved it from the time we moved in. Tammy and Wendy are so helpful and quick to lend a hand when needed. Every maintenance concern gets addressed within the same business day! Not to mention the community is always clean and well taken care of! You will not regret checking this place out!!!!
I moved in 1 month ago, and am extremely happy. The apartment is modern and clean. The complex is quiet and well maintained. I had a small problem a few days after moving in and it was resolved immediately. I would definitely recommend this complex.

Sapphire Apartments are new, clean, and so well positioned in Midlothian. Literally 4-8 minutes to Midlothian High School, Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital, great shopping and restaurants. The management staff at Drucker Falk includes Wendy and Tammy and they are so nice. Always ready to help, listen, answer questions. They are the dream team. Bobby heads up maintenance and he is so helpful and keeps everything in nice working condition. Rents are competitive, floor plans nice and overall such a nice place to live.

I love this place Wendy and Tammy in the leasing office are amazing. I was going to move to another place that fell thru last min and called them and WOW quick move in and nicer then any other place i had seen. I really lucked out and OMG everything is brand new and smells great and so pretty. People are nice and my furbaby is happy as well. They are also a wonderful deal with amazing special and the gym is well words can't even describe. (OH and they also have a yoga studio and spin classes too!) You will love it!
