Been here a around 5 months now and have enjoyed the apartment so far, I’m not much for the amenities so I can’t really speak on that but the apartment itself is great no major issues and no complaints so far

The apartment complex is nice and well taken care of! I’ve been here for about 7 months now and so far the only complaint I have is about parking. Unless you have a garage or carport spot, after 6pm it’s hard to find parking close to your unit.

I moved here after selling my house and not living in an apartment for about 15 years. To say I was a little worried would be an understatement. The pool is beautiful and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The mail & package systems are a bit inconvenient but mostly effective. I do find a beetle or roach or silverfish inside most days.

The community is beautiful on the website, and I was so excited to have found a gem in the rough. However, the excitement immediately subsided upon the first step into my new home when I was hit with the moldy, smoky stench that lived there already. Maintenance changed the air filter which had no affect, so I worked on deep cleaning the space which led me to find hair ties, trash, and socks under the clothes dryer. I did not dare to look under the fridge or stove after that. Now I can only hope I will make it through the contract without getting hit with cleaning fees, losing my deposits, or any other such blame for problems I did not cause.

I talk with the two maintenance guys named Daniel and Daniel on a daily basis and they are always a pleasure to converse with. To any prospective tenants, my first sentence says it all. I lived at these apartments for 4 years and they are great for anyone who loves being in a busy city. There are so many restaurants and shopping centers opening and expanding. Beautiful scenery and place to call home.

We thoroughly enjoy our apartment here at Sapphire Bay. The grounds are very well kept and the residents here are pleasant and friendly. Solid apartment complex offering good accomodations and facilities for a reasonable price. I would recommend others looking for an apartment to consider Sapphire Bay. Staff is amazing and friendly as well.

Clean, friendly, dog friendly. Plenty of space in each room, closet space, bathrooms are really nice and spacious. Lots of parking spaces. And grocery stores, shopping areas, everything is so close by.

Sapphire Bay is a very comfortable community to live in I don't have any problems Sapphire Bay employees are the best that I've seen I've lived in other apartments and it was terrible but here in Sapphire Bay is amazing to live here.

Since we have lived here, in the past 5 months, we have been experiencing A/C electrical issues, which has resulted in the a/c unit almost catching on fire. Maintenance has been in to "fix" the problem, but since the first incident their has been a continuous electrical fires within the unit. We have had 3 incidents between July and November and we feel like it is unsafe to continue living here. I feel like we are not been taken in consideration in the situation we are in. Management is marginal and we have submitted a complaint to Greystar and have not heard from corporate.
I've been satisfied since Day One. The apartment, the exterior, the grounds, and the Maintenance are stellar.
