You should live here too!

this is a great building. It's under skyline management, which seems to be a pretty great management company' too. Here are some pros and a few cons. Pros: -Great location. Close to most train lines and both rivers. -great amenities like a gym, landscaped rooftop and courtyard, friendly doormen, non-scary laundry room -thick, soundproof walls. Our new neighbors have parties that we can only hear in the hallway! -great cable options and great water pressure. -stuff that needs fixing gets taken care of fast! Cons: Right off Broadway, so noisy with windows open Not a true TriBeCa location, just a few blocks from Chinatown. -strict rules about breaking leases.
