Property Ratings at Saratoga Heritage
Pictures are not recent. Gym (last opened March 2020) /pool (last opened Summer 2019) not taken care of. Garbage overflowing with broken doors so it can’t be “hidden”. Gutters/lights/grounds around complex not kept up - broken/falling apart. 24/7 On site maintenance wants to charge “fine” for helping on a weekend all of the sudden….? Bizarre. Too much to say- not worth the aggravation and disappointment.
I want to love it here, but it is awful. Unfortunately, I don’t recommend moving into this complex. It is not kept up - the grounds, to the building fixtures (outside lights/gutters/garbage area/sprinklers/sidewalks/etc) there is an Unfinished pool (years) and the gym and pool hasn’t been opened/touched since March 2020. Complete eyesore. Pictures on site are NOT current
This is an awesome place to live quite place I see a Lot off People complaining about the neighbors upstairs but they have to understand there is an apartment living please you’ll always have somebody upstairs there’s gonna walk drop something or make a sound if you don’t like the sound move to a second floor
Please avoid moving in to this apartments, and read this before signing any lease. Its the worst place I have been living and it has the rudest staff ever; from office manager to maintenance staff. The the quality of building and specially ground is terrible and if something like flooding happened (like if the dishwasher leaked into the apartment below us), the management doesn't intervene and handle the situation, The problem wont get fixed and they blame you for any damage. The office people are HORRIBLE. once you signed the lease, they turn into harsh, rude, aggressive and insulting people, both woman in manager office and her maintenance staff, they will blamed you for everything that's wrong with apartment. They don't have any idea of whats is the right behavior to costumer. Their maintenance is another horrible story. He doen't know know how to fix things even if he wants to replace the water tap washer, he will lose one of those rubber washer. The complexes owned by the Farones. I talked to owner's office and noticed I am not the only one who is complaining about complex staff and office manager. So I don't think they care about anything so I would not recommend this complex to anyone. I cant wait for the day I move out of this building,
