Property Ratings at Saratoga Ridge
Had an amazing experience with the manager Angela in the office. Made the whole application process easy and she kept us informed and up to date as we went through the steps. My kids are looking forward to the splash pad and pools.

Thank you for giving us a 5It's such a great feeling to know that we left you with such a remarkable impression of Saratoga Ridge. We're overjoyed to see your rating and truly thank you for sharing!-star rating! We're happy to know that you've had a great experience with us and look forward to your next visit.
We lived here for about a year and things were great! We had a couple issues that were resolved in a timely manner. We had an issue that was waiting on COVID to slow down, but it was never resolved before we moved. For the most part everything was nice and tidy when we moved in. The trim was scuffed up in places and the bathroom needed paint touch ups here and there. We noted these things when we moved in, but they never came to resolve them. So we assume they just wanted it for information purposes for when we move out. There were a lot of nails and screws that were found in the carpet all over the apartment when we moved in(so just be aware). They are usually okay at getting back to you. Sometimes it takes a little while. Email is better than a phone call, but sometimes still takes a bit. I felt like the longer we were there, the worse the speed of responded became. There are a lot of dogs which do bark, yip, and cause a general ruckus. Not everyone cleans up after their pooches, which is an annoyance. I did not have a lost package or mail and it was a pretty easy process to receive packages. You do only get one covered/guaranteed parking space, so you do need to be aware of who will get home the latest to be able to park appropriately. If you get home after 7:00, it’s going to be a decent amount of circling to find a space. I always felt safe here and it’s surrounded by good neighborhoods. It’s close to just about any shopping or restaurant you could want and also close access to the interstate. There are four pools, but none of them have restrooms! They do have a decent amount of seating and some covered space. There’s a little gym on property and a little marketplace, which is surprisingly stocked well!

Just moved in! Met Sierra in the morning to get my keys and when I walked into my apartment they had a little goodie bag waiting for me that said Welcome Home. So far this place rocks!

Office staff and management are great love the property. Highly recommend
There’s a chill marketplace inside you can walk too, management has fun events and resources, maintenance comes fast, no one really bothers you, only con is office is kinda rude sometimes so when your setting up the apartment with them they’ll be very dry and if you ask question about the apartment and the mailing system is hard if you have a package since they don’t have a mail room for packages, but overall I think after you move in and get settled, just get a P.O. Box for mail and you’re all good :)
I have lived here for about 2 weeks so far and I am enjoying living here. Aside from a few maintenance issues I have had any problems. The apartment is spacious, clean, modern amd I just love it here! I haven’t met my neighbors yet but hopefully soon I can do that.
We're on our third lease which is our last but only because we are moving to a house. It was a great experience living here and we never had any problems that weren't handled right away and those were very few. Maintenance is awesome and very efficient for the most part. The staff has always been helpful and kind. The property management company was amazing during the COVID-19 shutdowns and lockdowns and though I didn't need a lot of assistance they had a lot of inhouse and outside resources available and really seemed to care about their residents and that shows how they operate during a crisis which I found comforting and impressive.. I'm grateful for my past 3 years of being able to live in this community. If we ever have to go back to apartment living I would definitely go back to Saratoga Ridge. Plus the neighborhood has everything you need as far as shopping and food.
I haven’t even been here a full year yet and this has by far been the worst experience I have ever had. The people in the office are terrible and don’t care what your problem is. You can’t even use the amenities you pay for half the time because they have locked the gates. Overpriced for the space and the actual apartments are put together so cheaply it’s awful. Do not move here if you can avoid it. I had a leak that ruined my property and they did absolutely nothing to compensate in anyway. I can’t wait for my lease to be up.
Frankly, the complex appears nice, but in reality the buildings are over 30 years old. They have a no drug and crime free policy, yet cops are there often and you can consistently smell marijuana when you walk around the complex. The walls have little to no insulation and that includes between floors. Oh and to top it all off, the have a massive roach problem. They are infested in the walls with them. After we moved in I tightened one of the outlet covers only to find a massive infestation. When it was time to move we had to leave many of our things behind, or risk bringing additional undocumented guests with us. Because of that they charged us an asinine cleaning fees when we moved and when we tried to pay it there wasn’t anyone there to take the money. The next day they said “too bad and sent it to collections”. There are better complexes out there, while the area is convenient, do yourself a favor and pony up for something else. Read the reviews folks. They are there for a reason.
You will be surprised wih how many times you will have to pay fees. I'm a physician and I'm not a careless person but still paying fees unreasonably almost every 2 - 3 months.
The location is great. The apartments are decent. Expensive for the size of apartment. People don't clean up their dog poo. There is always trash scattered through the property that will sit there for weeks. Something is vandalized almost every week causing pools and grills to be closed down so half of the time we can't even use all of the amenities here that we pay for. Now, many buildings lost water due to backflows being stolen and still no security cameras. The "gated" community isn't really gated because the gates have not closed at night for a month. We have only lived here 6 weeks and can't wait to leave. As soon as our lease is up, we will be.
I lived in a one bedroom apartment on the second floor and you can hear everything through these walls, it's terrible. Neighbors complaining only because the walls are so thin otherwise I would never had complaints. I haven't had one complaint at my new apartment. As far as the leasing staff, by far, they're better than the ladies that work at Saratoga Ridge. Rude, condescending, ignorant people that don't treat their tenants with respect and have the nerve to ask why you're leaving. It's a nice apartment. Nice complex. But I'm much happier at my new place. All of the staff at Crystal Creek are very pleasant. I lived at Saratoga house ridge for 4 months before I broke the lease. Terrible staff, and neighbors very noisy. You can hear everything. Not worth it. And I'm still waiting on my security deposit check! Why? They mailed it to the wrong people that used to live there. I just want to be done with this place entirely.
Hands down the worst apartment complex I have ever rented through. The people in the office are disrespectful and try to blame everything on the residents.
Me and my wife are first timers when it comes to living on our own. The apartments we chose are perfect when it comes to convenience. We have wonderful restaurants, stores & shopping areas very near by and if you ever forget something at the store don't worry, they have a marketplace in the middle of the complex how cool! The area is very peaceful and the pools are a refreshing place to take the family. The staff is great and the area is maintained daily. So glad we found this place.
Overall, spacious bedrooms and living area. The outdoor space is well maintained. Easy access to shopping and freeways. The staff are decent when it comes to maintenance( I have mold in the shower and they told me I have to get rid of it myself). There's not much parking for a second vehicle or visitors. The walls and floors are thin but as expected with a 40 year old building. Kid friendly environment.
Complex is old and shows it even though new owners have been trying to re-pave and paint buildings but the complex is far too large for anything to be done quickly. Washer/Dryer units are also very old and need frequent repair. Balconies are in very rough shape. Sprinkler systems are not monitored and water pours out onto parking areas and streets every night. Walls, floors and ceilings are not very soundproof and everything going on with your neighbors can be heard. The complex has 3 pools which are fairly well maintained and pleasant to use. The fitness center is good but is very small. A nice market place in near the center of the complex which is good for the needed essentials like milk, bread etc. The complex as a whole is fairly quiet and pleasant most of the time. They are pet friendly and I have seen all sizes of dogs here. It is a great location and rents are about average for the area.
My apartment complex is ideal because it is well maintained and roomy. The pools and the gym are outside my door as well as a convenient mart. The staff is very helpful especially for seniors. We also have a security patrol after dark. We are within walking distance to super markets and two malls. Take out is available with just a phone call. We are pet friendly and child safety aware . I couldn't fell more at home anywhere else.
When my wife and I first walked into the leasing office here we were treated with smiles and happy vibes. Brand new parking lots. Several swimming pools to choose from. Convenient located between the I-17 and the 51 on bell road. Our puppies love the doggie park they have here. Great place to move if you are looking for a place to live. :)
I've been living in Saratoga Ridge Apartments for 8 months now and it is amaaaaaazing!!!
