Property Ratings at Saravilla Apartments
I currently stay in Saravilla building 11 specifically they are affordable however not worth the headaches that come alone with this place and Pam never answers the phone or returns calls my rent is always on time since the pandemic I’ve been getting notices on my door about my rental payment and it’s always the WRONG amount I’ve been here since 2019 and can not wait to move this place sucks also the pot holes are ridiculously huge and they haven’t done anything about it literally the worse place to rent the neighbors are always loud nothing is being done even though i complain the hall ways STANK and the wall plugs and electric wiring is JANKY i can’t wait until my lease is up poor management oh and our dryer has been out for two months and hasn’t been fixed gotta go upstairs to dry clothes and the apartments are outdated older than me and i just touched 30??
They charge you for every little thing, windows are POORLY insulated, rent does go up every renewal without any added amenities, management is not friendly,
Need new management, someone with professional, courteous, customer service. Office procedures and manners atrocious. Pamela does not return calls and is downright rude. Carpeting in hallways need to be replaced, filthy with holes. Also web site listed is not working, dead link.
I have been living here for 2 years with my parents, and Tuesday I sign a lease for my first apartment here. I know it's sad that I'll be living in the same complex as my mom and dad, but it's a great community, I have zero complaints about saravilla, it's going to be a perfect place for my fiance and I to start our lives together in our own home.
moved here 2 years ago, was just starting off, didnt have much to spend... little did i realize, the neighborhood is terrible and its not worth it if you have a family and want to be safe. however, looking at the apartment itself, they arent that bad, 1000 sq foot for a 2 bedroom, nice layout, new tile and carpet, could use some updating by now, but for an apartment in the city, im told its not a bad price.. im moving very soon to someplace that has a better community.
