Really well managed apartment complex. Never had any issues. Monica is extremely nice and really cares about the community. I had some of the best moments of my life in this apartment complex, we even experienced living in 2 different floor plans within Saticoy Gardens and both experiences were stellar. I recently moved to California and had no rental history. The amazing manager Monica helped us fill out the application, we were very pleased with how she did her job. It's very convenient for us to live here, since our son goes to school across the street.

Monica, was excellent to work with and went above and beyond to help me get the apartment I was interested in. She also quickly responded and was very thorough with explaining all documents and things needed. Would definitely work with her and First Choice again. Once again Monica, was amazing and professional through the whole process. 100 percent recommended!

I was living there in two master bedroom with my friend. It’s handy room plans. Bedroom goes two separate sides from living room with separate bathrooms. I liked it. We had big balcony on tree side with squirrels. It was so funny to look at them in the morning. It’s quite and peaceful place. Specially thanks to Monica. She is pretty nice and friendly. She answers at the same day and fix all problems so fast as possible. It was a great time living in Saticoy Garden. I was really happy about it.

When I first moved here, I was 19 and in college, looking for a place to live with my best friend. I've been living here for 4 years now and I love it. I've never felt unsafe, the pricing is honestly pretty good, I have the perfect amount of space, the landlord is awesome, place is clean, maintenance is easy to reach and always on it, and neighbors are amazing. I'm so happy here. 10/10 recommend!

It was so great living at Saticoy Gardens for the last 3 years with my family. Never did I have any "neighbor" issues, parking issues NOTHING. The management team was always friendly and addressed any need or maintenance request promptly. I needed to move because my family grew, but I will definitely miss this place. If you want to live somewhere safe, quiet and affordable then you can't miss with Saticoy Gardens. My family found a home in this place. We feel safe and secure while the place appears to be well-maintained. We are absolutely impressed at how easily we can communicate with the manager, Monica, and how promptly she responds to our concerns. We recommended this place to relatives as well.

My kids and I are very happy living here. It is a great building, with friendly neighbors, and an excellent manager on site. It is always clean, and very safe. I recommend this place especially if you have kids.

I've been a resident for over 10 years at Saticoy Garden Apartments. Yeah, it's Van Nuys but an equivalent quality of apartment and property close to the boulevard would be hundreds of dollars more a month. It is a well maintained, safe, and quiet property thanks to the efforts of Monica the manager. Whenever I've needed a repair it's been taken care of quickly and with a friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Monica @ Saticoy Gardens extended THEE best property management experience ever! Her and her team are so AMAZING, especially providing all the proper information necessary which made the application process to the move in process smooth and simple. During the property walk through, I noticed how GREAT of a rapport Monica has with the property's tenants and community. Out of all the apartments I have lived at, Monica is the BEST property manager I have ever had to work with. Monica is very ATTENTIVE, KIND, and CARES so much about making sure property tenants are happy and the property community (and grounds) are fully maintained and kept! I was still in the process of moving from Europe to Saticoy Gardens and even with a 9 hour time zone difference, she made sure we kept in touch during the entire leasing process, and that she was available to HELP out in any way. She was available to help whether it was a holiday, the weekend or even for a general inquiry. THANK YOU SO MUCH Monica, so GRATEFUL for you!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND checking out Saticoy Gardens!!

Saticoy Gardens is really quiet, safe and beautiful. Monica, the manager is super nice, professional and very attentive. If there are any issues she takes care of them right away. She creates a really great environment for everyone. Highly recommend this complex!

We just moved in from out of town and it has been nothing but great! Maintanence is good and seems like ppl care round here... wish it was a larger gym here tho. We did the process online and it was quick. The place was clean which is really important to me n my family... so happy to have a new place at saticoy gardens!!!!!

My wife and I came to tour the community last week. It was very nice and the bedroom we saw was amazing... The guy aaron in the office, was so helpful and explained everything peferct. They do not allow pets is the only reason I did not want to live there. it was very beautiful and nice

My roommate and I have been searching for an apartment for over a month. Dealing with overly strict landlords, spaces that were too small etc. Then luckily we got a referral to see Angel at the Saticoy Gardens. Angel greeted us with a big smile and such positive energy. He made the whole application process easy and helped answer any questions we had and gave us traffic avoiding tips from the apartment to our jobs. The space at Saticoy Gardens is very well kept and cared for. Clean, safe and spacious. Not to mention Angel is a selling point himself :)

I moved in a little over a year ago and I really love my place. When I was looking for apartments I just wanted to make sure I had enough space and I was hoping it would be nice enough that I wouldn't have to move again so soon. The apartment is very spacious and very comfortable and the price is great for the location. I'm close to my job, my school and all the stores I frequent. I never hear any loud noises or feel unsafe here which was a big concern of mine when I moved since I'm new to the area and I was living alone. The manager, Angel, and the guys who do the repairs (I think his name is Isaac Lol) are very nice and they always say Hello and ask me if I need anything. I didn't even speak to the manager at my last place, and I lived there for over a year. Sometimes there is trash outside of the trash bin and it does bother me but I know that's lazy neighbors not bad management, and they always get it picked up pretty quickly. I would definitely suggest these apartments to friends and family or to anyone who is looking for an apartment.

We happened to stumble upon Saticoy Gardens by chance. Immediately, we knew that this was where we had to move. The rent is quite good for all that we got: a one bedroom with a fireplace, dishwasher, central air, a pool, etc. Plus this apartment was only a couple hundred dollars more than our not-so-great studio in Burbank. Needless to say, we couldn't pass on this place. The manager, Angel, is really nice. He's pro-active and always going above and beyond to make sure that everything here is taken care of. Work orders get handled fast, complaints are answered professionally, and the apartment building is kept looking nice. He's definitely the best manager I've ever had. All in all, we love it here. The only thing that could make this place better is if they changed their pet policy. We really want a dog, but unless we need a service animal, it's not gonna happen while we're here. But other than that, no complaints.

my apartment is super cute and the manager is really nice. I needed to move in quick and he helped me get all settled. He even helped me move in my mattress Lol Full service! =D Glad I drove by when I did and decided to stop by and look. Now I'm living here!

The office staff is wonderful and attentive to needs. If you have issues and speak with Kay, you can guarantee a quick response. Efficient, well versed in the neighborhood; quick to give directions and assistance.
