Property Ratings at Sauk Creek Apartments
We've been here at Sauk Creek Apt for about a year. The first 10 months were great. Apartment was obviously well taken care of previously, but as with all good things they dont last forever. Over the span of a month we needed a new furnace, central air unit, garbage disposal, and dishwasher maintenance and they knocked it out of the park. Everything was taken care of within a couple short weeks with the exception of the dishwasher which was causing issues. Maintenance techs: Jon and Matt were particularly awesome in keeping us up-to-date with repairs and the leasing team were understanding of our issues. I'll be buying a home in the near future, but if I wasnt, I would definitely still be here. Thanks team! Great location right off of the beltline with none of the noise. 5 mins from the mall and all of the eateries and as an added bonus connected to a quiet city play area and field great to take the kiddo to as well.
Great location, private neighborhood, well maintained landscaping and sidewalks. Hallways and garage are well maintained, and the spacious apartment we have is an excellent value per square foot. Not many on-site amenities, but that probably keeps rent costs down. I have my own gym membership and I don't need a pool, so this is great, no need to pay for extras you won't use. Have been very happy here in our two years. Haven't had too many maintenance requests, but they were all handled very quickly. Grounds are maintained well, common areas are repainted and cleaned frequently, our neighbors are quiet. One of the best value apartments I have ever lived in.
We absolutely love the Sauk Creek Apartments. The layout and spacious rooms are what sold us on selecting these apartments, along with how well the grounds are maintained in both summer and winter. We are extremely happy with the management. Both the manager and maintenance staff go above and beyond all our expectations. The get the job done very efficiently and effectively with their great knowledge of everything in the unit. Everyone is professional and really caring for the well being of their tenants. We could not ask for a better, more comfortable place to live. Many thanks for all the time and efforts the staff put into making this an excellent place to call home.
If you are looking for a place to rent, you've found it. I've lived here for ten years, and I love it. I needed a safe place to raise my kids. This complex is quiet, neat, clean, well-maintained, and always staffed with friendly, helpful people. My neighbors have been consistently awesome. The maintenance is always prompt, and any time I have ever needed anything, the staff has been extremely helpful. They even offered to help me lug heavy things after my surgery when I had lifting restrictions. I love the location. It's near all of the schools I wanted my kids to attend. Both kids started at Muir Elementary and are now at Memorial (my son is a senior, and my youngest is a sophomore). It's close to the mall, the library, one of the best coffee shops in town (TNT), Metcalfe's grocery store, the book store, and Walgreens. There is storage, the windows are large so that the apartment interiors are sunny and bright, there are security doors, and I love the underground garage (it makes a great tornado shelter -- just sayin'). If you have cats, there is a very good vet right across the street next to the coffee shop. There are several bus stops close by. When my kids were little, the park right next door was really great. We don't use it as much now that they are in high school, but if you have little ones, there's a playground, a basketball court, a new covered pavilion, a baseball backstop, and a soccer field, so it's great. There are paths across the street that run through pretty neighborhoods and around nearby ponds with lots of birds and flowering trees. It's just a really nice place. It's been a good and safe place to raise my kids. I highly recommend it.
I am staying in Sauk Creek Apts for 3 years now. The Apts are well maintained, always clean and nice. The management attends to any service within 24 hours. The location of the apt is perfect for me since it is near shops, restaurants and schools. One thing is the apartment doesnt have fitness center and pool.

While we dont have fitness facilities on site we do work in conjunction with a very upscale, local gym (Princeton Club), which is located less than a mile away. They offer a very generous discount for being a Sauk Creek resident. Please call the Sauk Creek office for more details.
What a great apartment!! Located in an desirable, upscale residential community. Within 3 miles of what ever you need. Convenient to the Beltline. Washer/dryer, covered parking, and water included. Central heat and air. Security entrance. Excellent management and maintenance, very accommodating and helpful. Well constructed, can not hear your neighbors. Very well maintained. Spacious floor plans with large closets. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in every apartment as well as a fire alarm in each building. Good Condition, Very Clean and Safe. A great place!
