Property Ratings at Savan Villas
The property just had several renovations and we love it so much more now. It almost feels like a brand new apartment. The staff in the office and around the property are also really nice - We love it here.
New changes are truly happening over here. Jasmin is doing a great job in the office. The new exterior paint looks great! The swimming pool is actually blue and can’t wait to be able to swim in there. I’m so excited to see what other changes. I have no plans to move anytime soon.

Waste of time. They’re never there and if they are they aren’t helpful and just try to take your money
I live here now, my apartment is terrible mold in the ceiling in the bathroom that I’ve addressed numerous times, ceiling falling in in bathroom, painted over roaches in kitchen, people always shooting outside my window with my children here, neighbors allowing their children to play right at my door and drop trash and spit and anything else from upstairs. Fights every weekend. It’s just a terrible place to be, we don’t talk to anyone here because it’s scary and sad to live here. I don’t even allow my little one to play outside here. It’s just overall a horrible place to live and I can not wait to leave even if I have to break my lease because it’s not safe at all.
Our family just move in at the beginning of the month, and we love it. Maintenance was great getting all of our requests taken care of, and the office staff got all our paperwork ready in a timely manner to get us moved in quickly! Also love the new upgraded washers and that I can do laundry at anytime! its so convenient!!!!! I'd recommend Savan Villas to everyone who is looking for a reasonably priced place to live with great amenities!

Amazing front office staff! Mr. CHRIS IS THE BEST! Clean property, great residents, and I've never had any issues with my apartment! Great location!
I moved into the complex about 2 1/2 months ago and I love it! Apparently its a new management company and I can definately tell they are making improvements all around. Office staff is really friendly and they actually care about us. The apartments are so pretty and so big too and for being as affordable they are I'm shocked everything is as good as it really is! I love living here.
Until the beginning of this year 2015 the Apartments were a nice place to live Everyone made you feel welcome But now it feels like I'm living in a prison with all there new rules You pay monthly pet rent but you have to take your dog out of the property gate which is a flood canal.You can't sit out side your Apartment without being questioned what you are doing you have to pay to use the pool you have to get your guest approved before they can come over.the only good thing about this place is they have good size apartments with big walk in closet The two bedrooms have big rooms bathroom an living room

I'm not sure when you lived at Harbor Oaks, but your description is highly inaccurate. We have pet stations throughout the property that are available at all times when walking your pet(s). We do not require residents to walk pets outside the community, but we do require they pick up after their pet. Community and pet rules are signed by each resident and are explained at move in. They are also posted throughout the property. We do not charge to use the pool, nor do we have to approve of guests, the only thing we do is limit the amount of guests that are permitted to use the pool so everyone has the opportunity to use it. We do have restrictions on loud noise and disturbances and on loitering in order to provide a quiet, comfortable community for all. Perhaps you are confusing us with a different property?
