Known for being at the “Top of Mississippi,” the city of Southaven sits just south of the Mississippi-Tennessee border. Located just 13 miles south of Memphis, Southaven blends a rural feel with suburban amenities. You’re just as likely to find large swaths of green space between peaceful residences as you are to find a slew of national retailers at Southaven Towne Center and Tanger Outlets Southaven.
A close-knit community calls Southaven home, bonding over special events like the Annual Southaven Springfest as well as various recreational activities at Central Park and Snowden Grove Park. Residents also congregate in Southaven’s West End District and the Snowden District. The West End District contains the city’s original business district near the state line while the Snowden District, which contains the aforementioned Snowden Grove Park, sits in the east-central portion of the city with numerous offices, shops, and eateries. Quick access to major roadways like I-55 and U.S.

Property Ratings at Savannah Creek
After 7 years, this place is an awesome place to live. Convenience is a plus. The office workers and the maintenance men, Ricky & Ty, have played a part in that.
Property Manager at Savannah Creek, Responded To This Review

We work hard to make sure all of our residents receive exceptional, friendly service on a daily basis. Please don't hesitate to reach out in the future if you ever need anything from us, we are always here to help!
The woman in the leasing office, Wendy, was rude from the start. Never greeted us, wasn't interested in anything we wanted. The website prices are way different than what they actually are. Hidden costs everywhere. No gates, so literally anyone could come in. The landscape wasn't well kept, She never showed us or told us about ANY of the complex amenities. pool, playground, fitness center, mailboxes, tanning, none of it. I asked her about the pricing difference between her and their actual website. and she spoke to me like I was stupid and questioned me. Not sure how anyone would want to rent from her. Ever.
I’ve only lived here about 5 months and it’s ok. As far as apartment life goes I’d rather be here than somewhere else. It is quite pricey so you’d think they could pave the potholes. They don’t alert you when water is being cut off for service. I will say the staff is friendly though. Brooke was the best but no longer works here. Neighbors are kinda noisy in that they constantly slam doors and the people above us wash clothes at 2am.
I lived here for less than a year. The complex is noisy and the apartments are extremely dated. I had evidence of water damage in my unit along the walls and when I brought it to the attention of the leasing agents, it was “um okay” response. Apparently this issue was previously known. The cabinets are painted with new hardware but you can see every imperfection. The appliances are outdated. The flooring is vinyl that appears as wood. The price is based on the amenities as Tanger outlet and other stores/restaurants are nearby. The leasing agents are nice but the complex itself is old. I could hear the planes from the nearby Memphis airport starting at 10 pm every night. This interfered with my cable reception as well. With the noise and outdated fixtures, it’s just not worth the money.
I wouldn't think about living anywhere else in Southaven. It's so quiet and clean here. The property has so many large trees and pretty flowers. It's beautiful! The maintenance team is great too! They always get my maintenance requests completed on the same day I report the problem. That's really nice. Everyone is so friendly - the staff and the neighbors. I recommend Savannah Creek!
I have lived in Savannah Creek for 4 yrs now. It is a great place to live. I love the leasing agents. They are always sweet to me and they look out for me because I am 75 yrs. old. I feel like they are part of my family. Most everyone is so friendly and are always willing to share a smile and a hello. I live close to shopping and restaurants which is nice to have everything so close and convenient. I hope that I am able to live here for many more years to come and would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to live.
These apartments are nice to stay in only thing I don't like is that if you stay on the third floor your apartment is going be a little warm in summer doing the day but other than that l would recommend these apartments.
