With a fitting name, the Greater Hobby area of Houston sits nearly 14 miles southeast of downtown. A fitting name because many residents enjoy more space and lower cost of living than neighborhoods closer to the city, freeing up budgets and schedules. The Greater Hobby Area is a largely residential community alongside the William P. Hobby Airport.
While Downtown Houston is just a 20-minute drive away, there is still plenty to do in the Greater Hobby Area. There’s a diverse selection of restaurants that serve everything from bubble tea to Tex-Mex, and shops selling antiques or sporting gear. Greater Hobby also provides plenty of green spaces and recreation space for residents to enjoy without having to venture far from their apartments, such as Blackhawk Park.

Property Ratings at Savannah
They have been failing more and more. They have risen the water bill and am paying for an amount that is way too high. I’m only one person so why am I paying water and sewer bills that are making what an affordable complex should be into something where I’m barely scraping. This is why everyday I see more people leave and leave. Then when trying to talk to them, they dismiss you and are useless. And then for visitors is even more stupid because to have anyone over I have to call the car wreck and ask them for a code. I signed a contract with the apartment office not the car wreck service. I can’t even have anyone over without having to look outside every 5 minutes. Not to mention, the trash issue. I do my part and throw my garbage inside instead of leaving it outside near the trash. The office had done nothing to address and leave it there looking absolutely disgusting. I mean they need to get themselves together because past management was never as bad as this.
I do not recommend it,. Office staff nothing professional, as soon as they say one thing they say others after they have no word, they make you waste time and money for their bad communication with the resident, there are thieves on the property, poor maintenance, very high income eh equal bill of water very high and charge parking $ 20 minimum. There are many neighbors who do not let you rest one at night, they play very loud music, children playing at 12pm at night. It's a horror to live in these apartments, so if you plan to rent here. Think about it, look for another place.
The reviews are getting lower with the new management here. Worst of all is the new parking fee for the tenants. There is not enough parking spaces and the charge $20 a month for parking or you will get towed at your expense for about $300. I been parking on the street for the past 2 weeks. Apartment are getting runner down. You have to pay water bill, light bill and parking bill. Watch as the rate drops and I hope the management sees the drop and maybe they can change their policies.
Worst place to live manager and "new staff" have bad actitud with residents. Their is no visitors parking space... VISITORS MUST PARK OUT IN THE STREET. Bad maintenance they take super long to fix something or they won't even fix it. Their is not enough parking space for all the residents who don't pay the extra money for a reserved parking space!!
they are not good apartments they have people with bad attitude in the office when you call the office the does not answer you have to call several time and when you try to go to the office does not take care of you because they are taking care of their children's Saturday other days they are busy a other things but never have a good time for they customer because we are customer of they and the parking's are dirty on weekends. It`s very expensive for what you get.
Good save-your-money apartment. Family atmosphere. Gated. Multicultural. One of the better apartments in the immediate area, considering the surroundings.
