Property Ratings at Savio
Super clean! It's a very clean housing complex. They take great care to keep all areas spotless, including the green areas, parking lots, and more.
Savio is very well kept and the community is very safe and welcoming. There are some minor flaws like the countertops leaving stains, but nothing that's horrible. Overall great for a new build and they do a good job with service requests if anything is needed. There's a good mix between older and younger people. Only feedback is they should keep the pool area open longer. Closing right as dusk is a little odd.
My experience at Savio thus far has been exemplary. The management team consistently demonstrates a commitment to excellence and dedication to resident satisfaction. This establishment truly embodies a welcoming environment. The grounds are meticulously landscaped, and the apartment is both clean and well-appointed. Furthermore, the management team's responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond contribute significantly to a positive living experience.
I’ve really enjoyed living here for the past 6 months. It has been pretty seamless other than some slight hiccups that were delt with swiftly and kindly by management. The place is beautiful and i would recommend it to anyone.

This is my first time renting an apartment after moving from another state and I just have to say this place is truly an Oasis! Not only is this place so beautiful and peaceful but I was fortunate enough to meet an amazing woman, Conny Matos, who made my life so much easier. She was there for me every step of the process from filling out all the paperwork and helping me navigate through all the things I need to get set up here in this town. She was even there to give me advice and ideas on how to decorate my apartment! I mean I never met someone so genuinely kind and who was just so willing to go the extra mile for me in my time need. Conny and just the entire staff here at Savio have just be instrumental in making sure that my time living here thus far is just so AMAZING. My family is constantly commenting on the beauty of the environment and the lovely people here and that in itself just makes me smile.
