Savoy apartments was a lot more reasonably priced than its peers. Also the apartments are very spacious, closets are also big and the apartments are new-ish.

Good apartment, good gym, good amenities, but corridors are not clean, valent doesn't come everyday. Everything else is good, I recommend staying here.

Living at the Savoy Apartments in Sunnyvale has been an amazing experience for me. The apartments are modern and stylish, with spacious layouts and lots of natural light that make the space feel bright and welcoming. The amenities are fantastic – I love using the fitness center and dipping in the sparkling pool. The hot tub is perfect for relaxing after a long day. The community here is friendly, and the beautifully landscaped courtyards are great for socializing or unwinding. It's also pet-friendly, a huge plus for me and my furry friend. The secure parking and on-site maintenance make everything so convenient and hassle-free. The location is perfect, too. I'm close to major tech employers, shopping centers, and a variety of dining and entertainment options. Plus, with easy access to highways and public transportation, commuting is a breeze. Overall, living at the Savoy Apartments has been a wonderful experience, combining comfort, convenience, and a great community vibe.

A special mention to Tiffany from the leasing team, who is always there to help us out with a smile and great attitude. My wife and I are so happy we got to lease here at Savoy. Staff are incredibly courteous and they do a great job maintaning the community. Really appreciate the constant email to notify residents about what to be aware of.

It used to be a better place to live. But, not anymore. Careless neighbors, very noisy, frequently cigarettes smells, scratches around the car in the parking, not a responsive office team.

I love the large floor plan that I am able to live conformably with my family, so much space! All of the modern features in the home. All of the beautiful amenities. Best part of all, Angelica has been wonderful. was incredibly helpful! She was super responsive when it came to all my questions and completely knowledgeable. Her excitement and enthusiasm made this move feel like we were being welcomed home by family I want to say thank you to Angelica and the Savoy Staff.

Do not live here. Apt and amenities not well maintained for the price, delays in fixing things, and they apply bait and switch tactics.

We are told the leasing office is understaffed and unable to respond to emails...this is ridiculous of an excuse they have been using for over 3 years we lived here. We plan to leave as soon as our lease expires.

Service request will be ignored for weeks. Water is not hot.

Ant issue is bothering all of the residents through out the fall and summer seasons. The leasing office did nothing after we reported repeatedly. Storage room breaks in a few times through out the year when Savoy can just simply change the lock of each store rooms but they choose to ignore the safety issue of their residents. Car breaks in often happened in our gated parking, and again the leasing office asked to report to the police ourselves and they just sit there and do nothing for you. Maintenance response are slowwwwww. Pls take months or a year to have someone helped you to fix anything in your unit. And pls expect you have to waste so much energy and time to seek or beg for the leasing office‘s help.

We have been robbed 4 times!!! Their answer « you have to fill up a police report. There is nothing that we can do for you » Empathie? Install cameras? Make feel your tenants in a secure environment? None of the above!!! Our locker has been robbed 3 times!!! And packages have been stolen from the mail room! I went at the leasing office to ask them to help me because I locked my keys inside the apartment, by mistake. and I have been treated like I was piece of crap… I do not recommend this place! For the amount of money you pay each month, the service is not here. Zero customer service skills!

New built, great amenities and nice floor-plans. Proximity to Costco and other major restaurants in Sunnyvale is a plus.

You sign a lease and they never will communicate with you or help you solve problems again. Moved into an apartment that had not been cleaned and have ants. They promise they will follow up and continue to ignore you. The managers will be sitting in their offices and will refuse to come out and speak to you. They hide behind employees that can not make decisions

The WORST security and communication. Our apartment was broken into and our storage was broken into all within a year. The staff at Savoy did nothing to help us when this happened. They just turned their heads. I told them the storage room was broken into and everyone’s lockers were cut open and stuff stolen and there has been zero notification to the residents. Sally said they were in the process of drafting up an email. It’s been 2 days since they have known of this incident and they have taken zero action. When our apartment was broken into during broad daylight, they made zero effort to enhance their security or install cameras in the hallway. We asked to make our door more secure and they said we would have to pay for it. This has been the most devastating and miserable experience I have had living anywhere. We have lived at Savoy for 1.5 years and are stuck here for another 9 months. I’m trying to leave this property ASAP since I no longer feel safe in my own home.

The staff here are nice. They always respond to my requests quickly and I also got a lot of help from them during my move in process.

The maintenance team here at Savoy are awesome! They always provide friendly service and timely when a request is made. They all deserve bonuses!!!

Been living here for 5 months and it’s been great so far! It feels really safe to walk around here at night secure in the building. I love the amenities like the pools and two gyms and the rooftop. I spend a significant amount of time at home so I have come around to really like being at home here.

I do not recommend this community because my requests were ignored many times. I've been to the leasing office FIVE times for 3 months, 3 of the units are affected, but the issue is still not resolved.

Savoy is a new community with top tier amenities in a safe and quiet atmosphere. The units are tastefully appointed and the central air and in unit laundry setup is a nice touch.

My apartment at the Savoy is very nice and spacious. The appliances, the finishing are all great, as is the layout itself. The community has awesome amenities - several barbecue grills, pools, hot tub, gym - pretty much everything I'd want and need. Plus, it is very conveniently located near the Caltrain station, for folks wanting to commute around or to SF.

I love living here at Savoy! The amenities are amazing! I adore the leasing staff! As a professional who also works in property management, I am very particular about customer service and property upkeep. I definitely would give the team and this property 5 Stars!!

Savoy is an acceptable option if you cant find anywhere else to live. Otherwise, there are better options out there.

The carpet of the bedroom smells bad, and is pretty dirty. Definitely overpriced apartments, and by the way, the service here is awful. People are rude , if you want to get good apartments, never go there.

So far, my girlfriend and I have been absolutely loving this place! The customer service has been amazing! The entire team has been incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful before and during our residence here. The community that we lived at before didn't really seem to care much about the residents, and was just focused on getting tenants in and out. Here at Savoy, we finally feel like management genuinely cares about the comfort and satisfaction of their residents, and it's really changed everything! The amenities are awesome! Everything is super clean, the architecture, design, and decor of the common areas is absolutely breath-taking. Additionally, we love the floorplans and appliances that come with our unit - everything just makes our day to day living experience extremely enjoyable. Keeping it real with a few cons.. We do have a lot of random paint splatters, chips, etc. in our unit. The condition definitely isn't perfect (nor do we expect it to be), but it's quite apparent that the builders rushed through and were not very careful or detail-oriented. A bit disappointing when we moved in and did our inspection, but it's nothing we can't get over. Second, the parking garage (specifically in 1130) is poorly designed. The ascending turns are super tight, and I've noticed some people have scratched their cars on the walls and columns already. Since the ramps are already built, it'd be really nice if management installed some pads on the walls or something to help give some peace of mind. Lastly, the front door locks to the residential units make it super easy to accidentally get locked out when you're taking out the trash or simply forgot to put your keys in your pocket. I was shocked to find out that the after-hours assistance charge is $120. It seems to me that an accident like this would surely occur to everyone, and the instantly-locking nature of the door locks seems to be the root cause of this. It'd be awesome if there was a 5-second grace period before locking, just in case you forgot to grab your keys.

Savoy is such an amazing place to live at. It's a place that definitely cares about its resident unlike other apartments. Staffs are all so friendly and understanding. You can definitely tell they care about providing you the best service. Savoy is modern, clean, and convenient. The design of the place is so well thought out. I definitely recommend this place!

Brand new community with really nice amenities, events for the neighbors which I really appreciate. The safety measures are better than in other communities although you will always find neighbors that invite more than 2 people to the community areas or the occasional break into a car.

Savoy is the perfect place to move to post a year of Covid! The staff is extremely attentive and the place is very Covid safe. The amenities are open for use at safe capacities, which makes the cost totally worth it.

By far the worst aparment complex in terms of service. For god's sake take a look at the parking ramps when you come for a visit! and please do check the locker room where they pile up the packages for all the residents in a small 1 by 2 room that you have to spend along time trying to find your package. The staff are very rude and arrogant, and just keep passing you around without resolving your request.

Overall a nice apartment that worth looking into. Modern appliances, necessary amenities, nice leasing agents. My experience here is pretty satisfying so far.

We recently moved into Savoy apartments. Overall, it's an excellent place to live. The staff is very responsive, friendly, and professional. The apartments are very well built and smart home technology is great. The amenity spaces (gym, pools, office) are well designed and maintained. Mail and package delivery have been smooth and secure. The community is very well secured and safe. Ample Guest Parking and Costco and whole foods nearby.

Apartments are modern and very comfortable for WFH situations. Leasing office and maintenance staff are friendly and very responsive. Wonderful location, convenient to everything.

The complex is brand new and modern. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The Resident Portal is very user-friendly and has many useful options. It is very pleasant to be in the circle of friendly people! A great welcome from Savoy friendly team was our best experience in the US! Also special thanks for the compliments for the kids. Everything is very funny, cute, and sincere!
