Property Ratings at Savoye
The "management" is non-existent and overcharge for everything that is done. Parking, pets, lockers, renters insurance, water, everything is not included in the rent. They will double the price of any of these as they wish. They also are very bad at responding to any attempts to being contacted.
Several of the secure lockers are broken and despite being alerted multiple times both in person and email, they are still broken 3+ months. The delivery person doesn't know they are broken so packages get stolen. Several more have been pried open to steal packages. No security camera in the package room. If you have large package that doesn't fit in the locker, the front office refuses to receive the package so they also get stolen.

Please do not move here! The leasing office is a mess and the people are really rude. They also do not maintain the unit or the surroundings. For example: Consider waking up and no hot water. Nobody replaces the bulbs or lights. I had to write almost 50 emails to get a bulb replaced.

I lived here for over 2 years and this place is an expensive dump with poorly trained staffing, from leasing to maintenance. I wouldn't waste your hard-earned money for something that looks nice but isn't worth it. They DO NOT maintain the public areas and it's constantly dirty or broken. Elevators are always down since they don't want to pay to fix them, and the people who live here just let their animals go to the bathroom anywhere and leave their trash everywhere. The locals hop the fence for the pool and throw parties and management doesn't do anything about it, until they want to raise your rent. The parking spaces are too small, and the plumbing has plenty of leaks to spill gray water on your clearcoat. They also towed my car without notice due to a BRAND-NEW reserved sign that you cannot see when parking. I have attached some pics to justify how wretched of a community this is. It’s terrible having to write this as I have been a great resident during my tenure here, but ENOUGH is ENOUGH!
There is nothing "Luxury" about the experience here. Management is completely non-responsive. It is almost impossible to speak to a human as no one answers the phone. When you do manage to escalate, even offsite management says they can't reach the building as they don't answer internal folks either. Many of the options on the phone menu don't even work. Less than 10% of emails are responded to. Maintenance requests are closed as completed when no action has been taken. You can text the concierge if you're willing to wait between 4 days and forever/never for a response.
1 million different reasons but just don't count on them for anything, especially consistent access to your apartment.
Not once have I had the phone answered by the front desk. The pass-code to the building changes without warning so after getting up at 5 to workout you will be pleasantly supprised with no entry, then have to call significant other to come get door. The gym is constantly crowded (8-10 people) with personal trainers not employed by the building training people who don't live here. When we moved in the toilets and bathrooms were not cleaned and had been used heavily. Package room has a chronic thief problem because packages are not put into lockers. During Christmas time it can take 1.5 hours or more to get into parking garage because of Christmas light traffic at the nearby park with no mention from the front office. I am sure there are more. Not a pleasant place.
I went in wanting a quiet place by the lake. I was told right as I was signing the lease that I would be given a different apartment from what she showed / told me I would receive. The apartment itself was nice, but was overlooking a courtyard behind the bars where tons of people drive through and make tons of noise. Not quiet and I often hear yelling and screaming at all hours of the night. Apart from being assigned the wrong apartment. The heater did not work when I moved in (which was a 30 degree weekend). They refuse to fix my shower, which their tech recommended to be replaced. I have responded to surveys they sent me (because they want to know how I'm doing) and never heard anything back until they were wanting to renew my lease. Wow, I feel very valued! :/
This complex has a great location, right there close to the Dallas tollway, really close to 635, 15 min to Plano, 15 min to downtown, 15 min to the airport. it's located next to the vitruvian park, which has an amazing view. the management still needs to work more on taking care of the staff, the people at the reception could be rude from time to time, and you can experience that as a result of their lack of management. the staff has changes 3 times since I've been living and the new staff is improving a lot of stuff. still a lot to learn and improve, but they are working for. I've been living there for 2 years and I've always had a pleasant experience overall.
living in the middle of a beautiful park is awesome for my dog and my social life with all of the events.
Have lived in Vitruvian Park for close to 4 years now and love it. Lived in Savoye Squared during the original lease up, moved to Fiori for a few years and recently moved back to Savoye Squared after getting fed up the drama at Fiori. Best decision I could have made to move back. Common areas are well maintained. Apartment finishes are very nice. I live in the tower and never hear my neighbors. Staff is great and always do what they can to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
These apts are amazing! For only $1000 a month you can live like a king. The staff is friendly and very accomadating. There is a room for poker and arcade gaming or just hanging out with usable kitchen. High definition TVs hang on almost every wall. There is a theatre room with a surround sound system on one side and video game consoles on the other. We have a meeting room for business or study and a pool table for competivie fun with your friends. At the foot of the apartsment is a indoor dog sitting business and a cafe if you don't want to go far to eat. Just outside is beautiful park with a river running through it and an auditorium that is frequently uaed to set up concerts and other activities. We have elementary and middle schools up the road for the kids. And there is a college campus that is less than a 10 min walk away. Oh and free coffee all day everyday! These apts are so great I never want to leave.
