Have lived here for about 1 and 1/2 years, gorgeous apartment's but it just so mis-managed from the company that owns the complex. Used to have two people running the office/lobby but they cut it down to one recently, she's very responsive and helpful but she just has too much on her plate I feel like. The maintenance workers are also extremely helpful/responsive. My AC went out during a weekend recently and I make an emergency maintenance call and it was responded too/fixed in about an hour. But the unfortunate part is they are spread way to thin. An apartment complex with 4 buildings should have more hands on deck. As I mentioned my AC failed a few weeks ago and again tonight for the 3rd time in about a month in a half, and I live in one of the 2 buildings that are newer, I can only imagine it's worse in the older of the two buildings. I don't feel like it's a lack of knowledge from the maintenance for fixing the ac but rather they have to band-aid the problems my ac has been having due to lack of funds from the company that own's the complex. I could be wrong. Would not recommend as a place to live under current circumstances for the price it is to live here. Again staff is great, but theirs just not enough of them, 3 people basically taking care of this whole facility is wild to me. The fact that they reduced the office staff to ONE instead of two is mind blowing. The company running this complex is pinching pennies too hard and the residents are paying for it.

One pool, a small gym, office staff that is rude and practically never there, makes it not worth it. It is a very unwelcoming feeling living here.

1. The clubhouse is not open to the residents, except when they are giving a tour of the property. The rest of the time the doors are locked. 2. The Business Center advertised on the website is a broken computer on a desk and has been for at least 5 years. 3. The gym is very basic with a tv that only works with a missing remote. 4. The halls most of the time are disgusting. 5. Problems throughout the community like domestic issues and or drugs. 6. The office managers keep their own hours. They show up late and leave early with long lunch breaks in between, making it difficult to reach them if you need to. 7. All this and more are reasons to AVOID this place.
This is the nicest apartment my kids and I have lived in, in FL. The staff (Management and Maintenance) are very professional, patient, and kind. The management is quick and reliable. The maintenance staff keeps the property very clean. Also, if you have a maintenance request they get to it immediately and they fix it correct the first time. The exterior and interior of the apartments are beautiful. There is hardwood flooring in the kitchen and living room with new carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms have all updated amenities with granite countertops in them. We are very happy to call this place home and I highly recommend checking this place out. I think you will love it too.

Finally has turned over nicely. Staff is better than ever. Place is looking better. Speed bumps are in, gates are locked, trees are trimmed. I enjoy these living quarters. Nothing will ever be perfect but I am proud to call it home!

I’ve lived here for many years and loved t until the new units were built. Now it’s chaos. It’s overcrowded and people here steal others mail and deliveries. The dumpsters are overflowing, mostly because people are too lazy to actually put it in the dumpsters, it smells badly. Driving through complex is an accident waiting to happen. This once was a small tight knit community now is a sardine can with inconsiderate residents. Also drug dealing happens inside this community. Many residents do not pick up after their dogs or let them off leash. Parking is also a nightmare. I will say the current office staff are considerate and do their best to run this community.

The staff here is misleading and very not compassionate. My husband passed and I tried to get out of our lease and was told they couldnt help in anyway. We have also experienced mold in both units we have lived in here. This place has no amenities.

I have seen a few different negative reviews ranging from the leasing office to mold in the unit. Personally, I have not experienced any of what others have said. I think if you aee determined to see the negative, that is all you will get. I moved into Sawgrass Creek in August. From the moment I first inquired to my most recent interaction with the leasing office and maintenance, they are always pleasant and willing to listen to any concern I have. I am in one of the original units. The few maintenance issues I have experienced have been dealt with in a timely manner. They have done their best with taking care of the existing tenants during the development of the new Phase. The pest control needs to come into my unit periodically to spray for ants, but beyond that, I have less pest issue here than I did living in a SFH. The ONLY true complaint I have are the residents who don't like following rules - putting their trash IN the dumpster, not next to it; picking up their pet's waste; not being considerate to their neighbors by being loud. However, the Leasing Office does do what they can to mitigate these issues and they have improved over the last couple of months. Overall, I love where I live. I am convenient to everything - my doctor, dentist, yoga studio, family, shopping. My son loves his school. I hope to be here for years to come.

If you care about the air your breathing inside of your apartment in this complex is not the one for you. I have lived here for several years I'm in several different Apartments within this community and every single one of them has had a mold issue. None as major as this last one.

They built these units very cheaply. We have major mold problems that the office wants to keep putting a bandaid on. I have talked to several current and past residents and they have all experienced some type of mold issue here. I have a kitchen faucet that doesnt work been promised for 6 month's ill get a new one. Lots of broken promises and very shabby workmanship! The amenities are none! Pool has been over a tear! No playground.
