The maintenance team is so quick to help with any orders submitted, something within 15 min of submitting the request and are professional and friendly. The residents too are great and really personable. I've lived in many apartments and hands down this is the best experience I've had in a community before. Overall great place to live! Wish there was a better recycling program on each floor. Still trying to figure out how to let delivery people into the building. Love the amenities. Enjoying the pool, the gym, and the library! Access to the bike path has been phenomenal and I’m glad to see so many people using it :)

The best place to live in Houston is here in the city center with the best food and drinks also all the amenities. I enjoy all the bike trails and pool also gym and people they be are very friendly.

Overall, my experience has been good living at Sawyer Heights Lofts mostly due to the staff. They have been extremely kind and accommodating towards me from day one. My neighbors are nice and pretty cool. The dogs are all well behaved and I love when the owners allow me to pet them. The location is the best part of living here. It's like your own little "city" with the Target, restaurants, shopping center; then you have total nature just a few steps away in the other direction. My only complaint is that the communal areas could be a bit cleaner, especially the pool during warm seasons, and have the building sprayed more frequently by an exterminator.

The location of Sawyer Heights Lofts is excellent if you love a balance of shopping, biking, or trails and a centralized location in Houston. Sawyer Heights Loft is the place for you. However, the building is older compared to other apartments in the area. Also, the parking garage safety is terrible. Your vehicle will be broken into at least once, and if you bring it to the office's attention, they will disregard your concerns and say others have had the same issues. The cameras, located in the parking garage, claim to work, however, the wires are sticking out and appear tampered with every morning. The only drawback would be the safety, but if that's an important aspect, then this may not be the place for you. If that's not important, sawyer heights are the place for you!

They helped us expedite the process and we’re so kind and patient with us and our many requests! We felt so taken care of and we’ll communicated with. The property is very well maintained with very seemingly respectful neighbors and a great location, we are so excited to get to live here!

The staff really make this place fantastic. It is reasonably priced, conveniently located for interstate access, and has plenty of activities and be food nearby. It’s also a very pet friendly place. I don’t have any pets myself, but I see more dogs here than I usually see at the dog park down the street.

The staff is kind and always willing to help. They host events and plan things throughout the month. The grounds of the apartment are always kept clean. Valet trash is always picked up etc. We love living here!

Sawyer Heights is more than a placeto live. My experience in my loft is a beautiful, community environment. I consider this my sanctuary retreat.
