I have renewed my lease now 6 times . It’s the best property on the shoreline to reside . The amenities on the property are great . I enjoy the entire property staff , who have made this the best place for me to ever reside at in Ct. The cutest apartments with the nicest people! Leasing staff responds very quickly and maintenance work is taken care of almost immediately (even on off days). My shower pipes froze on Christmas Eve and I put in a service request expecting to wait until the day after Christmas but they came the same day!

What a great place to live. The clubhouse is very inviting. There is a workout room., coffee bar and Starbucks machine. Lots of treats to choose from. The pool area is very comfortable and pool is very refreshing! They are very dog friendly and even have treats for your pets. Come take a look for yourself and join in on the fun!

Wonderful place to live. We have been here since it first opened. Extremely well maintained. We prefer to our own thing, but complex offers a lot of activities, get togethers, club house is a great place to gather, ( or simply relax pool side), grill station, fire pit, exercise room, on and on. We made the right choice! Thanks also to a great staff, always ready to help (including maintenance).

This community is wonderful. The maintenance crew is very knowledgeable. The girls in the office are very much of a help. I moved from one building to another building in November and they did nothing but help me to the max. Jennifer in the office is wonderful she keeps you up-to-date on things that are happening along with Angelina. The people that live here are very, very friendly.

Lovely staff, neighbors, and neighborhood. Beautiful updated apartment as well! I haven’t had any occurrences where I could hear my neighbors through the walls and there’s so many activities happening throughout the year to socialize

Maintenance is responsive, clubhouse is beautiful & the gym serves residents needs. The heated pool, fire pit, & grill stations are enjoyed by many of the residents. The restrictions on pool hours are a bit much especially when the pool is being locked up at 8:00 and it doesn’t get dark until after 9. I would suggest adding a couple of residents to the board of decision makers so all sides are heard. If there’s an issue with one or two residents, address it with them rather than impacting the greater community!

There are a few things that need attention but for the most part they are doing a wonderful job. Mostly need to power wash the cooking area more often.

I'm really enjoying my new home at Saybrook Station. The people are very welcoming, the amenities are great including the free of charge car vacuum, heated pool, fire pit with loungers for cooler nights, 1980's video game machine, free coffee in the lounge, barbeques for use by all, and a really nice fitness center. I'm sure there is more, but I feel like I've dropped into Relaxationville after getting out of a constant maintenance house, now my weekends are mine, all mine!!!! Oh, and my dog even loves it too!

What a fabulous place to live! If you want to be social, there are many activities to join here or if you want to be on your own you have that as well. The pool and the clubhouse are yours to enjoy and there is trivia every week if you want to partake. The location is perfect because you can walk to the grocery store and all the local shops. There are many wonderful local restaurants within walking distance also. If you have a maintenance problem, they are very quick to resolve and the people in the office treat you like family. Love this place!

I chose my lovely apartment at Saybrook Station in early 2016 before it was even built! I have loved living here with the beautiful grounds, amenities and fun community activities. The staff are always professional, kind and helpful. The train station, shops, restaurants and businesses are within walking distance. I hope that this becomes my forever home.

I love living at Saybrook Station I have met many new friends and they have been here for me on many occasions. I couldn’t ask for better friends in my many times of need The amenities are also what attracted me to SS. My experience grows each year that I’m here. Enjoying the events that you offer allows me to meet new people. The grounds are kept up with cutting and trimming and planting of flowers. The only negative I have is the dead bushes that are removed but not replaced. I hope to see that change this year. Thank you
