Scarlett Place Apartments

I lived here 13 years ago and the property was wonderful then when prompted me to come back when my son was ready for his own place and the property is still just as wonderful. The office staff is helpful, kind, and informative. I definitely recommend.

I've been a resident at SP for approximately 5 years and I've really enjoyed my time here! Lashon is our new property manager and she's just AWESOME! Always full of energy and good vibes. She not only has gone over and beyond to make sure I'm happy, but does it for others as well. The new Asst. PM Joy is also very welcoming and kind. Our maintenance guys (Kelvin and Maurice) are the best as well. They're gonna work and get the job done professionally. I love the entire staff! I'm also grateful they make sure our gates work. My kinda ppl and place. It's quiet and they're doing things regularly to make SP a special place to live. Keep up the great work you guys!

This is by far the best apartment. Ms.Asia and Ms.LaShon the property welcome me and my son with open arms . The community is clean and the best is No Crime at all . I most definitely feel safe being a resident here . Please apply you will not be disappointed. The grass is always kept nice . I promise this is the place for you and your family . When u come ask for Ms.LaShon the property management. She is the sweetest person I know . May sure you ask for her when you apply .

Awesome place to reside in. Been here for almost 2 yrs and the staff is very nice and helpful. Safe place to live in Clayton county. Awesome courtesy officers also here that patrol throughout the day and night!!!

I have been here 5 years. I have seen staff come and go but the new staff hands down is the best. I have not dealt with any problems from my neighbors nor the staff. They also are doing there best to keep the community safe. Please come by and take a look you won’t be disappointed.

I have been living here at for almost a year. Me abs my daughter absolutely loves it here. The staff has always been professional, helpful and maintenance is always on top of things. Scarlett place made my move very easy and Asia who was the assistant at the time was extremely helpful. Scarlett place has different meetings for safety and also make the tenants very aware of anything going on on in the community. I love how they involve the tenants with different events that they have for us and is open to any suggestions that we may have to make this community even better. If I could rate this complex a 10 stars I most definitely would!!! Thank you Scarlett place????

From the very first contact, Lashon was on it okay!! So sweet and friendly! She made sure I had everything I needed to get moved in on time! Very happy so far!!

You maybe safe once you are in your apartment but not in the parking lot. Office will brush off any incident you bring to them about safety. Makes you feel like you are not important nor your property. But this was not the energy when I moved in.

I’ve been living here 3 years and I can say Katrina and Omari have been amazing . Every time I need assistance they are here to help me and my family . They are kind and professional . The complex has definitely changed and amazing things are happening .

I’ve only been here a few months and I have to say that the leasing office has kept their word on numerous occasions. After experienceing a not so pleasant ordeal with my previous complex I was looking for something that would fit into my budget and also provide peace of mind. Definitely have to say that I love that gate was fixed with two weeks of my moving in and that the numerous security cameras and curtosey officers help to provide that peace I sought. The residents keep to themselves and are pretty quiet which is a plus given my busy schedule. Definitely looking forward to being here for a little while. Deborah, Tyler, and Bianca you’re the best!

The new maintenance manager SUCK !! The gate is always broken and when you think its fixed and try to use your card and the gate won't open at all ! Then lets not talk about the pool not working in the summer time !!! like tomorrow is the 4th and EVERYONE ELES POOLS WORKS NOT OURS !! EVEN THE apartments next door which are a lot a cheaper is open !!! The prices need to go down they have any parking because everyone who works for The apartment are staying here for a wayyyy cheaper price !

I've lived in Scarlett place for 3 months now. Have not had any problems at all. Its always quit in the evening and nights. The gates always work properly, there is only one building in the complex that ive seen people standing around outside, other than that thats all. Management is great! Every time i see them they are always in a good mood asking me how things are or if there have been any problems. Neighbors are friendly and respectable. Great place to move!

I have lived at this residence for 5 years. They were previously apart of Tara Courts Apts but the section I lived in was sold. When this new management took over everything was ok at first but then came the rent increase and the water increase that were ridiculous amounts ($105 more than my current rate). Then there are the unsavory tenants they let move in and they smoke pot and stand outside blocking the stairs and breezeways all day and they party all night leaving nowhere for you to park your car because they have so many guests. Did I forget to mention the "once a year" Century Fire inspections that occur every other month sometimes on short or no notice when you are not at home. Plus I had my car broken into and although nothing was taken the management never answered the phone or acknowledged my problem and no I didn't leave any valuables out. Lastly, we have a security gate that is always broken and your guests/deliveries/ emergency vehicles can not gain access to the property and their answer to that is that you will have to get out of your bed no matter the hour and use your keycard to give them access. This is not the best place to stay if you have another option please move somewhere else!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...
