Located an hour north of Albany, South Glen Falls is a small village along the Hudson River. This small town is known for being home to Cooper’s Cave, a beautiful natural feature referenced in the famed American novel, “The Last of the Mohicans.” Cooper’s Cave isn’t the only prominent landmark in the village. South Glens Galls is a part of the “Gateway to the Adirondacks” region which played a significant role during the Revolutionary War and includes several popular attractions. South Glens Falls is located between Lake George and Saratoga Springs allowing for more entertainment options outside of the village. Six Flags, Parasailing Adventures Lake George, and Shepard's Park Beach are all less than an hour away from this quiet town.

Great location and modern features. Good area and close to northway
We paid a $1,315 security deposit to move into a town house infested with fleas! We declined pesticides due to small children who crawl around the floors and now the office will not return my calls or emails. They said, “we can’t guarantee an apartment free of allergens.” Fleas are not an allergen!! We had to purchase natural remedies, a new vacuum (since ours was good but not good enough for fleas), and spend our time vacuuming continuously for more than three weeks. No offers for rent reimbursement due to this absolutely UNACCEPTABLE state of the apartment at move in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
Having lived here for 2 short months we have found this to feel like the home we've been searching for. Well kept homes inside and out. The town house was spotless and had the "new home" feeling when we moved in. The rooms are spacious and well designed. You don't get that cookie cutter feel so many developments portray. The grounds are kept meticulously and clean. I thought perhaps this would just be a layover but I can actually see this being a long term residence.
