Property Ratings at School 85
Moved into Schoolhouse Flats in February of 2021 and this has probably been my favorite apartment yet. My apartment is so unique and as a elementary teacher I truly do appreciate the school aesthetics. The apartment grounds are always kept clean, and maintenance is always available to fix any problems not that I’ve had many. All in all a gem of an apartment!
Lived there for two years! My mortgage in Fishers is less than one of their two beds. Management sucks. Cheap remodeling job, hidden fees, property manager who literally takes forever to reply. Don’t do it!
