Property Ratings at Scioto Ridge
Where do I begin? I lived at SR for two years. 1. In the first year, my rent increased by 7%. 2. In the second year, it went up another 6%. 3. It took them over 18 months to address the issue of the residents above me constantly smoking weed, which was seeping into my son's bedroom. 4. The community does not have 24/7 video surveillance; cameras are only installed at the pool and trash compactor areas. 5. The complex is notorious for break-ins. 6. There are hardly any amenities for the price, other than a small pool that fits only 5-6 swimmers, despite having nearly 200 units. 7. The only positive was the maintenance team, who were prompt in addressing issues. 8. The complex is located at Riverside/Hayden Run, where the north/southbound lanes merge from two lanes into one. This leads to cars and motorcycles speeding past each other, causing loud noise at all hours of the night. 9. There's a fire station nearby on Hayden Run that frequently uses Riverside Dr. for calls, adding to the noise 2-3 times a day. 10. Now, they are trying to charge me $50 for a dollar bill size "bleach stain" on the carpet, even though I made an effort to be a good tenant. When I moved in, the carpet smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned, so I rented a steam cleaner and cleaned it myself. By the way, I never used bleach as my son has eczema so I avoided it on clothes/bedding/towels. If it was bleach, it wouldn't have been able to been "steam cleaned". 11. The gate to gain access is nothing but a bothersome. It doesn't provide any value or protection and breaks 50% of the time especially in the winter. 12. The traffic on Riverside is horrendous/loud during rush hour. I would avoid this complex at all costs. There are plenty of better options at the same price point that offer far more amenities and better quality of living.

Andrew, thank you for the review and feedback. Please feel free to reach out to the Regional Manager with any questions or concerns.
We were looking to move here in July, but their waitlist was already full. The management staff was very kind and were quick to respond to my inquiries via email. I know if we would have been able to move in, we would have loved it here! Make sure that you reach out months in advance because they are a hot commodity! A great location and great price point!

I have been at Scioto Ridge for two years. Management has always went above and beyond, Mickie and Amy. The apartment is safe, clean and the breeze off the Scioto River is heavenly! It has been a wonderful place to be and a great experience as a first time renter! Thank you!!

Thank you for the review! We agree, Mickie and Amy are the best!
My husband and I will be retiring soon and want to downsize. We decided it was time to start looking for our next home, and want to stay in the Dublin area. After seeing the exterior, we decided to check out Scioto Ridge. The apartments are attractive, spacious and offer everything we are looking for. The manager, Mickie, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We will be contacting her as soon as we get a little further along in our process. So happy we found a great place to live in a great location.

Thank you so much for the review! We appreciate your kind words.
We’ve been here since May and haven’t had any issues! Mickie is great with communication, maintenance and anything you could possibly need. They also do a great job to make you feel comfortable and welcome with events such as Wine Down Wednesday’s! I’m fresh out of college and this is my fourth apartment and definitely the nicest. Very modern and clean! I can not recommend it enough, if you are hesitant at all just meet the people and you’ll be sold.

Thank you for the review! We agree, Scioto Ridge is an amazing place!
My husband and I recently relocated from Michigan in October and could not be happier with our apartment and the Scioto Ridge community! Our one bedroom is incredibly quite and modern with a great view of the Scioto river. In addition to the in unit washer/dryer, one if the biggest perks of Scioto Ridge is the included membership to Premier Athletic club that's across the street. I could never afford that type of gym on my own and am so thankful to get to experience it. The office staff is the friendliest and most attentive I have ever worked with (and trust me this is my 6th different apartment). Also, the maintenance team is very quick to resolve issues, which I so appreciate. The onsite pool is also actually heated -a rare find in Ohio!

Thank you so much for the 5 star review! We appreciate it!
My husband and I lived at Scioto Ridge upon returning to Columbus and couldn’t have been happier with our experience at Scioto Ridge. Our apartment was clean and modern, the location was perfect, our pup felt at home and loved long walks in the neighborhood behind the apartments - it was all great! You definitely want to check out this location!!

Thank you for the review! We really appreciate it and agree that Scioto Ridge is wonderful!
We have had nothing but a positive experience living here. The apartment managers are exceptional. There has been a recent change, and Micki, the new manager has transitioned seamlessly (we loved the previous mangers as well). Beyond friendly and so accommodating. There are fresh baked cookies at the office every morning!! Very dog friendly community. In fact, there have been two occasions when our dog needed to be out of the apartment so that a work order could be attended to. This all happened so quickly that we, we had not had time to make plans to have our dog out of the apartment. Micki offered to let our dog hang out with them in the office for a short time, while maintenance did what they needed. Who does that!?! Scioto Ridge does that.
