The City of Orange is a historic and largely residential community in the suburbs outside of Newark, roughly fifteen miles from Manhattan. The thriving Main Street district is packed with shops and restaurants of every kind, making life easy whether you’re running errands or just looking for a quick bite to eat.
With multiple NJ Transit stops in town, it’s easy to get around the area without a car—this combined with the abundance of affordable apartments and condos makes Orange a highly popular home base for New York-area commuters. While close to the big city, living in Orange will also allow you to take advantage of the huge nearby nature preserves, such as the South Mountain and Eagle Rock Reservations.

Property Ratings at Scotland Gardens
I would recommend any human to live here if you want a normal life. The walls and flirts are thin you can hear everything. If you complain about the neighbor management does nothing they don’t enforce people that live above your not check to see if they have area rug and padding to help with the walking back n forth or dropping things over your head. Parking you cannot leave out after work and expect to find a park stay home because you will not find a park and management does nothing, they allow the two other complexes in the neighborhood there to park. They do a lousy job cleaning the parking lot when it snows and they have no space to put the snow but against your car! The worst experience I ever had in my life!!!!! Horrible Management and Horrible Neighbor’s!!!!!!
I visited this community and it is amazing...except for the size. The size of the apartment is not worth the cost and it does not provide a lot of space to move around. The office staff is welcoming. If they had a two bedroom available, it would have been an option for me.
This is clean quite community building area is well keep almost spot less if the price was less I could move in to tomorrow . I have live several blocks away for 13 years never a problem at this location.
