The neighborhood of Inglewood-Finn Hill provides a comfortable suburban lifestyle set along the beautiful landscape of Lake Washington. As one of the many neighborhoods on the lakefront, residents enjoy spectacular views of the lake and the mountains beyond. The close proximity of the neighborhood to the city of Kirkland provides plenty of options for dining and entertainment in a larger city setting. However, many residents find enough options for food, shopping and entertainment within a few-mile radius of the neighborhood.
The lakefront location of this neighborhood gives the area an incredible overall feel. Public parks, beachfront scenery, and good school systems add to draw of the area. Located at just over 17 miles from the center of Seattle, residents can still make a reasonable commute to the big city in around a half an hour, depending on traffic conditions.

Property Ratings at Scout
I have been here for over 12 years. I have even got two of my friends to move here over the past couple years. The past year Scout has not been performing up to the expectations equal to the amount of rent we pay.

The washer is not fixed and the dryer is not replaced for 11 days after they promised. Wow.

Hunter’s Run has been a great community to live in. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. They are committed to keep the residents happy and engaged. They have always helped us very quickly with every request we had. Every maintenance issue is always handled right away without any hassles. I highly recommend this property.

Thank you again for taking the time to let us know how we did. We hope you have a great day!
beautiful place to live, have lived here with my husband for almost 7 years and our rent keeps going up, we are in a one bedroom and know some people who are living in a 2 bedroom and go offered less for their renewal management used to be great when we moved in, but now they are really bad, they take forever to get back to you and maintenance takes at least a week maybe more to fix anything, don't get me wrong we have lived living here but now the rent is ridiculous and the management sucks.....they really need better management.......

There are some nice things about this apartment complex- little dog run, pool, ok gym, nice and helpful maintenance staff, but overall not a good value. With all the added fees (parking, wsg, pet fee) I was paying the same for a 1 bed room apartment as I'm paying now for a better 2 bdrm place. Plus, when we moved out and left the apartment impeccably clean, they charged us extra cleaning fees that they couldn't even explain and refused to return any of our deposit.
