Property Ratings at Scout Landing
There is trash everywhere, management is unresponsive so if there is an issue, you are on your own. They intrude your home with unwanted “upgrades” like blocking half of your apartment off to paint white cabinets white (makes no sense). The new management company has run this place into the ground. Look elsewhere, I promise you will be happy that you did.

This is a terrible apartment complex I would not recommend it to anybody I've lived here for about 3 years and I paid my lease off a couple months ago because I just could not take it anymore management is very very rude they have yelled at me a few times they spray painted my apartment and did not leave a notice for me to take my dog out so they were going to leave him in the apartment with the paint fumes luckily I took the day off work they also spray painted my cookware which was very expensive and did not replace it I could complain about a lot of other things but I would not recommend this apartment look elsewhere

This is the worst place I have ever lived in. Keep in mind, i lived at the pointe student apartments a couple of years ago. On move in day, i found the apartment very dirty. There were roaches crawling out of the sink on move in day. I asked them to come and spray as well as clean up. They sent someone to wipe down the counters and that’s it. I had to put in a maintenance request at least once a week. The problem was never solved but just covered up. Mold was a huge problem. They do not care about you or how you live! We told them the stove needed fixing and they told us “we are a fairly new apartment complex so it should be working.” The walls and doors falling apart. It’s honestly horrible. I would rather live in my car. Do not move here. Save your time and money.
I would not recommend living here no matter how desperate you are. That's how they got me. I ignored all the scathing reviews because the apartment seemed nice enough when I toured it. The half way house attracts a lot of dangerous people to this neighborhood; I have seen junkies peeking through my blinds to see if anyone is home. I have also been asking to have my air conditioning fixed for months and they keep telling me "be patient". It is unbearable in the summer heat. And to top it all off, the management is downright rude. Any time I have tried to ask them about something they treat you like you are a burden, and maintenance work order do not get fulfulled. Trust the reviews. Don't make the same mistake I did

Like said before pictures lie, they force you to move out to gouge up apt prices. I lived here for 2yrs. I paid a pet deposit and apt deposit and they are trying to charge me 800 for cleaning fees etc when I had the place completely spotless b4 I left. That price didn’t even have my deposits showing to bring down the costs. They are also charging me for 150 worth of utilities for which I didn’t even use in December bc I moved out November 30 because I closed on my house the 29th. They are also trying to charge me for dry wall problems when the drywall was cheaply fixed from the last tenant. Paint was missing in a lot of areas and dry wall was bulging outwards. There is never any parking there was nights I would get off at midnight and have to park over 100 yards from my front door and being a woman you constantly live in fear. This is one of the worst places to live. And the gates never working I think in the 2years I lived here it worked a grand total of 4 months out of 24... save your money and go else where
The apartments look nice in pictures but are not well maintained everything is done as cheap as possible management does not have a clue how to run the complex always a different answer from each office person management is slow gated community which is never gated because its always broken looks great online but so disappointing .
