Scout on the Circle

Management team, Katherine and Haejung are wondedul. I have never met such customer focused ones before. Location is super. Not a single others can provide its advantage.

I love the units! The design is so nice and it's nice to live above a bunch of restaurants. It's also so convenient to live near Giant and the trash pick-up service.

I tried for a 4.5 but it won’t let me give half a star. I’ve only been here since March but I’ve enjoyed my time here at SOTC. The staff are amazing, friendly, and helpful. Having Giant next door is so convenient. There’s plenty of stores and restaurants around and my commute to work is so nice. The only negative thing is the amount of kids running around screaming in the hallways at night.

Great. Leasing staff is very helpful. They listen and are very kind. The place is really safe and I enjoy living here.The amenities are great,

Biggest complaint is the leasing office never answers phones. And Luxor package delivery is out of control. Vendors do not follow shelf markings so every trip there takes 20-30 minutes. Management needs to organize the room daily and the leasing agents are not busy 100% so this is easily accomplished.

The staff is excellent and does a good job catering to residents needs. The functions are always nice and planned out well. I look forward to renewing my lease

This is a great place to live, I love the amenities and the location of this apartment is perfect for me. It’s close to George mason university, close to several grocery stores as well. The only drawback is the price, it’s going crazy recently for some reason.

Nice community of people from all walks of life. Well-maintained (maintenance staff is very responsive, respectful, professional, and kind). Plenty of parking for large and smaller vehicles with access to Giant grocery store and many nearby restaurants just steps away from the front door.

I've really enjoyed living in this apartment complex for the past 18 months! The location is super convenient, making it easy to get around the DMV area. The amenities are well-kept and add to the sense of community here. Maintenance has always been responsive and quick to address any requests, which has made a big difference. The complex feels clean and safe, and overall, I’ve found it to be a comfortable place to call home. Even with neighbors around, it's a friendly environment, and most people seem to be considerate. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming community with great services.

There needs to be something done for the apartments at the end of building two. Parking and guests visiting is not convenient at all. Overall

Overall, everything is good. I enjoy living here. I love the way that everything is clean and fresh. The frontal staff always friendly and welcoming. Only thing what makes me uncomfortable-the noise. Too much noise.

Place is great! Consistent in every way. Wish there was more space or somewhere where dogs can go and walk/play but other than that everything else is great.

Living in circle on the scout is really interesting for us, we really enjoy the free amenities. everything is just perfect and amazing. Staffs are so helpful and friendly. Thanks

I have been living at Scout on the circle for o er a year now. The community is nice . Good location. The apartment is nice an modern. The leaseing staff are cool and will assist you immediately

Honestly it’s average. You would think for what we pay for a 1 bedroom apartment that things would be better. Walls are thin and ceilings are thin.

This is by far the most enjoyable residency I have had since settling in northern Virginia over the last one and a half years. Everybody always asks our family how we found this place. Property Management and Customer Engagement are beyond expectation, with luxurious amenities and interior design.

Hajing handled my complex move-in beautifully and went above and beyond. Thank you Hajing for all you do here! Appreciate you so much. The amenities, layout, and of course the safety of this building are unmatched. One of the better apartments in the Fairfax area hands-down. The shops/businesses downstairs are also wonderful as well. Scout on the Circle is a great spot for anyone who is looking!

Cheyenne was great and the apartment is wonderful and full of class. It seems to be a great community. The parking is very convenient. I love this location. Having a grocery store right downstairs is amazing.

Great unit itself but the rules not really enforced. People don’t pick up after their dogs, leave shopping carts, don’t leave trash where it’s supposed to go and so on without consequences so there’s no reason for them to stop. The grills don’t work well and you can hear your upstairs neighbor. The gym is nice though and the people at the front desk are kind and helpful. It’s also not the safest because there’s not really a separation between then retail parking and the residential parking. It’s only separated by a beam but anyone can slide in. Lots of great restaurants and giant is close.

It has been nothing short of amazing. Pricing could be better though. Thank you scout on the circle appreciate you all for keeping the community safe

Living at Scout on the circle has been a wonderful experience. I mostly enjoy the quiet area to relax and clean and wonderful atmosphere that the building provides.

Overall, I had a pleasant experience at Scout on the Circle. The gym was fully equipped and my experience with the leasing office associates was positive.

It’s a nice community just tired of the elevator not working but everything else is fine. I think the staff is A1 above all. I don’t think that can get any better

Wonderful residents and amenities . Lots of local restaurants and easy access to the metro. The leasing agents and property manager are a joy to work with.

It’s been ok. There should be cameras in the parking garage that’s a bit scary with all the random people coming up and vandalizing peoples cars. The garbage overflow is filthy and the shopping carts in hallways and parking garages are terrible.

I was able to get in my apartment on the day we were promised. I had 2 issues which were resolved the next day and everything has been smooth.

Great staff, great amenities. The Management team is organized although they do get very busy. The apartment complex is clean. If I had to give one criticism is that in the evenings the trash outside the apartments makes things look not as great. However, that is what comes with valet trash service.

Love it here! Local dining is top notch! Very close to mosaic district as well! Friendly staff as well. Cannot believe its been almost a month since I moved in.

Great amenities and clean building! The staff is kind and welcoming, neighbors are not noisey, it's close by the highway and other restaurants.

It's been nice living here. location is great and easy access to shops and restaurants. very convenient. If price was a little cheaper would be nice.

Love living at Scout. Wish the lighting was better inside the units. Recessed lights should have been added. Lots of great amenities. Guest overnight parking is pricey. It would be nice if every resident got 6 free overnight parking passes.

I've only been here since March 2024 but so far I've had a great experience here at Scout on the Circle. I absolutely love my unit. The area is great and I feel safe walking around with my dogs. Having shops down on the main level is nice too, Genki and Southern Impressions are great and being close to the grocery store (Giant) is amazing. Nothing beats though being 10 minutes down the road from work. I love how there's a lot to do around the area.

Just moved in a few days ago but I love my apartment and the amenities. Great pool and fitness center in particular. And the leasing agents are very kind and helpful.

I really enjoy this community the staff is excellent with quick responses to any need. The scouts is a beautiful complex and I definitely hope to stay here longer.

Recently there seems to be a huge cut back on perks, complimentary yummy snacks and nice events . In addition, no prevail if all the concerns that had been previously brought up regarding of lacking more large mirrors, warningsignage’s, brighter lighting fixtures, stop signs, yield signs, automatic built in sensors to assist drivers in driving up and down the garage. Increased aggressive and reckless driving behaviors, inconsiderate and rude behaviors etc in the fitness center governing loud noises, talking loud on the phone or having extended group conversations, laughing loud, listening to music without a headphone, or in the garage etc while people are driving their cars too fast and there is no large mirror displayed to forewarn drivers when they exit the garage regarding pedestrians or any obstructive vehicles nearby.

Building is clean and hygiene Safe to reside also grocery is really next door All the elevators are properly maintained and available at all time

Katherine and Hyejung are great! They’re the reason why I decided to renew my lease after living here for more than a year already! Also the location is amazing.

The staff here are unresponsive to email and you need to either call or go in person to speak to them directly if you need something. The cleanliness of the apartment is subpar. They keep the main lobby clean (they clean daily), but the rest of the building they barely clean. I've seen dog poop and trash in the hallways the were left there for 3 - 4 days before they are cleaned. They also don't vacuum very often in the residential areas and residents often leave out trash in the hallways when it's not even trash pick up day. Residents also leave trash heaped in the trash room and do not use the trash chutes, which leads to strong trash odor in the hallway and probably attracts bugs.

I am happy with our stay so far. The staff is responsive and my unit is nice. I am not crazy about the garbage sitting out in the hall each night for the valet trash service. That is not an amenity we feel is necessary.

Management needs improvement. The Building needs more security. The Lighting in units aren’t that good. Overall worst apartment living experience ever.

It is going great! The amenities are wonderful especially the pool and the billiards tables. You cannot complain about the amazing gym and how everything is kept
