Property Ratings at Sea Aire
This has been my worst apartment, they constantly gave me an issue FOR EVERYTHING. MAINTENANCE sucked too , especially when I had crickets coming in through the heaters ON THE 2nd FLOOR! Like how ?! It was disgusting , they paint over greasy kitchen wall and expect all this money for a apartment that needs work. Oh and make sure to put 2 month notice to move , if not they wanna say you owe money. When technically you need to only give 30 day , a month, notice. Hated this place.
don't expect maintenance to show up and do the correct work... simple issues turn into weeks or months to be addressed. Make sure you are there when work is done as they arent trustworthy. Don't try to express your opinion to maintenance or the revolving door management office you will be treated like you are dumb. Definitely looking into legal assistance to break my lease. To many major issues to list. RENTER BEWARE....

Hello and thank you for sharing your experience with us. We apologize for any miscommunication and/or frustration during your time with us. We would like to speak with you further about this, may we please have a phone number so we can contact you?
Firstly, they show you a demo and tell you that all of the apartments are the same and after you sign everything and see that the apartment is NOT the same i.e. old cabinets, stove, wall paint used in the tub, they tell you that you've already signed a lease so don't call for that trick. Also, if you need anything fixed, forget about it. I could do a better job myself. The area is nice but that's about it.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to express your frustrations with us. We do not allow any resident to sign a lease without touring the apartment with them first. Additionally, we also walk the home with our resident upon move-in. Did you express these issues with our on-site team during move-in? We'd be happy to be of better assistance, we just need the name and contact phone number to speak with you directly.
I have lived here for 5 years and enjoyed it. Staff who you use to manage the property was very nice and always helpful, especially Michele. Maintenance guys were always got the job done on time. However, recently management staff has changed, so is the service. It have put in a maintenance request and still waiting for it to be taken care of, this is the 2nd day. Also they have replaced an equipment for me, which was defected and in order to resolve the issue immediately, it is still pending for 2nd day. I pay good amount in rent and expect something in return. I will definitely consider to move out.
I've been here for 6 years now and I love my residence and my community here. Very friendly and polite office staff and the Property Manager, Michelle is one of the best! And can't forget the maintenance staff, we'll keep properly.

I have been living here for 14 months. It's a great place to live. I have a 2bedroom washer dryer. When I first moved in I got new carpet. The place is very nice. The maintenance men around here are great they keep the outside very clean. And will always come handle any issue u have on the inside. Even if it's after hours. Sum body is coming too tend too your need.I know most of the maintenance men by name but I like too shot out Lajuan not takeing anything away from the rest of the guys but I always get him when I call. He goes over and beyond to make sure he fixes the issue and everything is ok. A few times he wus on call and came from home. Now I will talk about the office very very nice people and they work with you to help u out. All 3 of the ladies go over and beyond to make sure everything is ok. Like too give a special Shot out too Michelle really really nice person always helped me when I had a issue I seen her help others. If I ever had a issue like late rent or even a lil issue with down stairs neighbor she always understood and helped out to make the situations better. Very Very nice person. But I will reccommend. Anybody too move here. U would love it. I live in The B building. Very quiet. And I have no complaints

living in an Apartment can be viewed good or bad. For this two year journey that I have experienced nothing seems what it is. I moved into a two bedroom apartment that included a dishwasher, a patio, but no washer and dryer. I am currently on a 2nd floor unit and am enjoying that part of it. Yes, it does include utilities except electric and cable but still could have it's problems. Now let's get back to the good and bad. First the good! I will start with it's always important to have good neighbors in this case is good. Dishwasher is always a plus to have and is also good. Also having an apartment can be enjoyable because you don't have to maintain as much as you would having a house. Definitely a time saver and less to clean. Of course it's always nice to have an apartment that is pet friendly. I do have two cats and are my adorable girls. So all those things are great. Now let's get back to the bad! It always seems like something goes wrong living in an apartment. Things always need to be fixed and replaced. It could seem to get very small after a while and there may never be enough room for the furniture you desire. Also living in an apartment there could be a lot of disrespectful people around that you have to see everyday but that goes with it. So you see there are always pros and cons to having an apartment but as for me; I enjoy it! I work really hard to have it and everything else I have. Having an apartment could be very private if your not a people person. Would I suggest an apartment , absolutely! They are a great starter home and have great layouts. So don't be afraid to go to apartments.com to seek out your desired apartment ! Remember, there are always pros and cons and doesn't matter what home you choose because nothing is flawless and perfect in life. So go online and start choosing your apartment that's right for you. Dear Resident-We are glad you selected Sea Aire Apartments as your new home, and that you are comfortable there with your pets. We hope you continue to call Sea Aire Apartments your home for many years to come!
I found the apartment I live in today while surfing the Internet 3 years ago on apartments.com. I was looking for a place to live, I usually look for a house to rent. I needed something affordable, close to where I worked and in a nice quiet area. All the houses available were either too expensive or seasonal. So I decided to check out apartments .com, I typed in what I was looking for and the site immediately gave me what I needed. I got a discount for using the site and a discount for moving in too. I am very satisfied with where I am living. My apartment is within my price range it is quiet and comfortable the grounds are clean and beautifully kept. I am happy and content with my apartment the home for me.
