I had a fantastic experience with the maintenance team at my apartment complex. I submitted a work order for my food disposer, smoke alarm, and dishwasher, and everything was fixed within just six hours — way faster than I expected! Special shoutout to David, who handled the repairs. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. Not only did he fix everything quickly, but he also took the time to explain what was done, which I really appreciated. If you’re looking for a place with a responsive and reliable maintenance team, this is it. Thanks again to David and the team for the excellent service!

Sea Castle is modern beach front living with ocean views. Nature provides all the amenities you could ask for, but its management, staff and valets are the hidden pearls.

The Maintenance team has always been great. They keep the building nice.

Caring staff. Feel safe, love the views and being close to so much of what is wonderful about Santa Monica and the beach.

It’s been a good experience so far. It is a supportive community and I feel my needs are met pretty quickly.

I have lived at Sea Castle for some years now .I have not had a problem with the with the maintenance they usually look in to the matter the same day.

Sea castle has a good caring management anytime I had plumbing issues they will send a plumber right away.

I love the location of Sea Castle and that it is a secure building. The management and leasing staff are curt and rude especially in written correspondence. We had to have maintenance come late in the evening once for a smoke detector that was beeping and we couldn't reach it ourselves and the man that came was so rude and acted like we were inconveniencing him even though he was on call.

I love living here, It's stress free,The building is kept up,It's so nice to be on the beach to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and the pier is walking distance,Our manager Philicia and her team are THEE BEST!!! When a work order is put in,It's taken care of on the same day or the next, Maintenance Crew don't mess around and I have no complaints, NONE!!!

The entire leasing team was amazing in helping me get set up and moved in. I was a out of state move and I received individual help from each one and they were awesome! The valet team has been great and very professional and helpful. Marcus in particular has really been awesome!

I have lived here for 5 years and the Sea Castle staff are all great people and always available to help. They really make you feel welcome and create a fun and engaging community with all the residents.

I moved here in November of 2021. The Leasing Office was extraordinarily helpful in figuring out the paperwork of the application process and responded to every question I had in a timely and professional manner. After moving in, the quality of service remained impeccable. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else in LA county.

I have loved living here. And had hoped to be here for a number of years. I love the community and the building itself and I love living by the beach. However, my apartment is constantly filled with smoke from pot and cigarettes. I dont smoke and I am sick of breathing in other peoples smoke. I am not sure if Im going to renew my lease because of the smoking situation. I understand people might smoke here and there. It is Santa Monica and it is the beach, but its constantly 24 hours a day seven days a week and my apartment is constantly filled with smoke.

What is great about The Sea Castle? The name - I always wanted to live in a Castle by the Sea, location, view, the people, ocean, muscle beach.

Sara was and is absolutely incredible. She really made moving in and the whole process smooth. I love the view and layout of my apartment. Maintenance has also been very responsive towards concerns with the apartment present upon arrival.

I just want to say thank you for your quick respond to help me with the problem in the bathroom. Thank you again you did your job professionally.

Aside from a lock and key issue the very first night I was there and the one fairly rude maintenance worker who handled it, everything and everyone else has been amazing. The high ceilings, the gym, the hotel style dollies to help carry things upstairs, and the friendly neighbors are some of the great perks. On top of that, Sara, the main leasing agent I've been working with, since day one, has been nothing short of gracious and kind, extending her generosity far and beyond the normal call of duty, and I'll never forget the help and sweetness of Blanco, the night valet attendant, and Richard, the security guard, for calling maintenance to unlock my place that night (my phone was inside the apartment and I was in the middle of doing laundry, keys in hand and all) and keeping me company and in good spirits for hours, in the middle of the night, while I waited. And of course, even though my apartment faces the alley (which is the back of the Marriott Hotel, pretty much the best alley view anyone could ask for), I'm extremely grateful for where I am when I walk out the front door of The Sea Castle! It feels great to live in this beautiful and iconic residence and I thank everyone, from the bottom of my heart, who made it possible for me to be here!

I love living here at Sea Castle,The staff here are friendly and helpful,Hailee one of the office girls is very nice and attentive to help when you bring something to her attention,Sara in the office is nice to help you out,All the guys in valet parking are so nice,Our maintenance staff stay on it and keep this place up so good we don't have NO ROACHES or anything,,Other tenants I have met are also very friendly,Love living on the beach and this is a great place to live.

It is a great experience to live in Sea Castle. Its convenient location allows me to be near my place of work restaurants and the ocean. The management staff Kristen Hailee and Sara as well as the maintenance staff Tracy and David are the best. I cant be more pleased living at Sea Castle

The maintenance staff is very responsive and solves problems promptly and professionally and in a friendly way! The valet crew is also wonderful, helpful, respectful and makes life pleasant for the rest of us.

Love the building. Vallet staff is amazing. A cleaning issue with the kitchen. Did not appear clean. Leasing team is nice.

The team here is the best! Living here since 2017 and they always take care of situations promptly.

Its a great place to live. I originally lived in this building 18 years ago and off and on these past years. I clearly like living here. The staff is all very good and professional. The Entryway is clean and attractive. I would recommend replacing the carpets in the corridors. They look dirty, stained and in need of replacement. I feel safe with the valet and security. The views are most spectacular. My ongoing complaint is the deplorable condition of the washers and dryers. They need to be replaced!

Sea Castle location is truly breathtaking. Amazing staff one in particular Hailey, she is very professional, attentive to your individual needs and always makes you feel welcome, has an open ear and takes care of the situation at hand. Sea Castle has a combination of an amazing view great location and professional management team; thats a winning combination I would recommend Sea Castle for a beautiful home living experience.

- Bugs everywhere; they handle it relatively well by having a pest control specialist come by every Monday. But the fact he comes by on a scheduled basis is a demonstration of how pervasive the problem is. The bugs keep coming back and they are all throughout the building (Sky lounge, apartments, garbage area) - The garbage area smells terrible; it smells like rotten food and cleaning chemicals. This smell sometimes goes through the ventilation and makes my bedroom smell terrible. I overall just don't trust the air quality and think the vents need a deep cleaning. I'm considering getting some kind of air cleaning equipment but just haven't had the time to do the research yet. - Communication issues with Valet. Calling to arrange pickup of my vehicle is aggravating because I have to repeat my apartment number 4 or 5 times due to them not understanding me. I also learned to speak slowly because if I talk normally they tend to not be able to follow and become noticeably irritated. My car frequently has marks on it - from some kind of fluids. There is also a dent on the front of my vehicle. I honestly don't have the time or patience to investigate what happened (it might not even have been from parking here, but I don't know where else it would've happen) - so have pretty much been ignoring it and putting it off up until now. - On a positive note, the people in the leasing office are great. If not for them, I likely would have exited my lease by now. I told them most these issues and they are doing their best - and always friendly/curious/helpful. - The location is exceptional. Great beach front property and views. Close to everything.

The Sea Castle is the perfect spot on the ocean that makes you feel at home. The staff are so welcoming and I enjoy living here alot.

I have only been at Sea Castle for a few months but I really love my experience here thus far. Obviously, with covid, there are a few restrictions that I look forward to being lifted (mainly the gym) but I understand why they are in place right now. My only real criticism would be that the laundry rooms are simply inadequate for the number of people living in the facility. It seems as though the laundry rooms could use an upgrade.

I love it here. Besides not having most amenities due to this pandemic. I live it here. The staff do there best to take care of the residents needs if they can manage the request. The tenants are awesome. Its like our own lil community here.
