I already has 4 years living here and no complaint at all, good experience, good amenneties and the people dorm the offices as well, I’ll definitely recommend this place
There are pros and cons. Location is great, but it's very loud with the fire station so close and the traffic getting onto I-4 (means a lot of honking day in and day out). Maintenance used to be pretty awful, but has gotten much better since they brought George in, and I hope he stays for the foreseeable future! There is plenty of parking; however, the spots are so small your car will wind up with dings, dents, and scratches - they really need to make them larger to avoid damage to your car. The gate also only works about half the time. We like having valet trash and it isn't too expensive, but they don't always pick it up like they're supposed to. The complex no longer does resident things since losing Cristian, and responses from the office are hard to come by since Carmen left. We also had rats in the ceiling for months, but they took care of it. No roaches though! We like it a lot, but are not sure if we plan to stay or look elsewhere with the lack of communication.

When I received the apartment everything was in bad condition, dirty I got my camera stolen because it was in the storage, it was not a good experience

I’ve been living at sea isle for over two years. My experience have been positive only big downside ( but it’s not the property fault) is the crazy traffic in the afternoon it can take ages to be able to enter the property

For any additional trash or items that need to be disposed of on non-service days, our community dumpster area is available for your convenience. We're sorry if this has caused any inconvenience and we're always open to suggestions for improvement.

Housing is great. Leasing office seems to ignore a residents needs until they cause a problem for them in their office. Location is fantastic. I just wish the leasing office team would be more responsive in certain matters.

Maintenance is flakey, amenities are highly restricted with the fire pits and carwash station requiring extra payment. Movie theatre doesn't work. Overall a beautiful place to live.

So much has gone wrong since I’ve moved in a month ago that has NOT been resolved. Maintenance refuses to come to my apartment for whatever reason. They close out my service requests as “completed” even though they never come to my apartment to fix the issues. I have two water leaks and all they did was cut off my water three weeks ago and never came back. So I’ve had no water. I’ve tried escalating this so many times but it doesn’t seem like the office staff has any say in what the maintenance team does. Valet trash team has not picked up my trash once in the month I’ve lived here so far yet I’m still being charged for their services. I’ve confirmed multiple times that I’m following the guidelines for the trash. No more than two bags at a time, 13 gallon trash bag, close the container, no trash on the floor, etc etc and nothing. This place is a joke

We're truly sorry to hear about the issues you've experienced. We understand how important it is to have these concerns addressed promptly. We do, however, want to correct a few points you have raised. Firstly, while you did request that you be present when maintenance came to your unit, numerous attempts were made to contact you to schedule a time that were not responded to. Secondly, your water was not shut off for three weeks. The water dispenser in your refrigerator was out of commission for that time before we could get it repaired. And finally, regarding the trash pickup, all residents are required to have the trash out by a certain time in order for it to be picked up. If you put it out after the trash service has already gone through, as happened in your case, then it will not get picked up that day. Apartments are nice and very good size for the price. Amenities are well maintained with a very nice pool and a decent sized gym. The one downside is dangerous drivers make it difficult to walk in the neighborhood.

Absolutely love Sea isle! The location is perfect, just a short drive to all the theme parks I need. The apartment itself is beautifully designed. The bedroom is cozy and well-lit, and the bathroom is modern and spacious. Building staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to go above and beyond to make sure I feel at home. Location is the biggest selling point. Close to Restaurants, Publix, Walmart and all the theme parks. Maintenance usually responds to requests swiftly and have had no issues with that. Parking can be hit and miss, and the parking lot has major flooding issues that rears it's head in the summer and hurricane season.

I’ll start by saying it’s a very nice apartment and I love that it’s a blank slate to decorate how you want. However, neighbors don’t care if it’s 12am on a Monday they’re rearranging the living room, Maintenance comes whenever is convenient for them, pool is always dirty, amenities close early even with your key you can’t get in, no parking after 7pm, gate is always broken so paying for “security” is a lie, traffic to get in here after 5pm is insane, and lizards don’t scare me but every single one on this earth comes from here. Only plus is you’re close to almost everything…yay.

I wish it had a park for kids instead of the dog park that’s a bit run down. Also there’s rules on how many guest you can bring to the pool which is frustrating when wanting to get together during the summer.
Communication is extremely minimal. Staff doesn’t seem knowledgeable depending on who you talk to. The general vibe of the leasing office staff isnt great.
I recently applied for an apartment here and had a mixed experience. The application process was quite challenging, mainly due to issues with the online ID verification system. It kept glitching and rejecting valid documents, which was frustrating and time-consuming. On top of that, the apartment staff were not very timely in assisting with these issues. We had to follow up multiple times to get any kind of resolution. It felt like we were always the ones reaching out, rather than them proactively helping us. That being said, the staff were very friendly and polite whenever we interacted with them. They did their best to resolve the issues, even if it took longer than expected. Overall, while the process was rocky, the staff’s friendly demeanor was a silver lining.
Maintenance and parking are actually the worst things I’ve ever experienced. The parking spots are so skinny no one can park straight in them so if you get back after 9pm good luck fitting into a spot or even finding an available one
The ladies at the office are being extremely helpful during the start process. The were patient and respectful when some papers where delay.
Front office is friendly and helpful. The Maintenance team is very professional and helpful. Communication about upcoming maintenance and events is very timely and useful.
Nice community. Nice amenities. Parking could be better. Noisy cars and motorcycles at all times of the day passing. Dirty staircases. The water in my unit still smells terrible. I mentioned this to the office in multiple service requests and emails and still no solution.
Overall is a nice community but it’s missing more activities for residents. Aside from that, the speed in which apartment issues are solved is not the fastest. I upgraded from a one bedroom to a two bedroom and aince the first day had issues with the space. You could tell that unlike all the other apartments we were given one that wasnt renovated and had a lot of issues, from AC, to ice maker, to roof leaking.
So far the experience is very good, it is a quiet community, the common areas are very nice. The maintenance response has been fast and efficient. I consider it a good place to live. It is a super pet-friendly community. It is also very safe, they keep the main gates closed at night. The location of the community is excellent.
The area and community is beautiful. Most of the staff are great! Amenities are awesome and apartments are spacious. The cons: parking is super limited and should be assigned. Past 9 PM there are no spaces by my building.
Wonderful pool area and patio furniture. Grills and a screened in porch by the pool with tv. Great with football season coming up. Gym in complex and easily accessible for any weird time on the day work outs
Had a horrible experience in the beginning especially with staff changes and communication. Things have gotten better but still having issues with pest control.
I have lived here for about a year now and there are 3 things that would keep anyone from wanting to be here. #1 parking is awful especially on weekends I have to park at the opposite end of the complex(like half a block away) to my apartment just to park inside since they tow people who park out front which would be much closer to my actual apartment. #2 getting any service done to the apartment isn't great our dryer went out a little while ago and it took almost a week for them to show up and fix it let's not mention the 4 trips and 6 days to fix our ac unit. #3 the traffic here is terrible partly from seaworld and partly from construction on I-4. I would wait a year or two when construction is done to move in here.
Been here for almost 2yrs now, for anything i need or any type of help they would always be there for me and super fast, can’t wait to continue living on this amazing place.
I absolutely love the location, I’m a big theme park fan and have passes to all the parks. This is the perfect location to be. On top of the great amenities, excellent staff, and extremely well taken care of complex, this is the place to be!

un lugar con muchas facilidades, acogedor y sobre todo muy tranquilo. lo recomiendo al 100%. mi lugar favorito es el área de la piscina siempre limpia y con dos bbq excelentes para hacer comida mientras compartes.
We like the location and the amenities. We also like that our lease was not a large increase after the first year at the complex. Here is to a good year 2.
