Needs improvements

Been a tenant at Sea winds for awhile a little over 6 years. Since being here we’ve had 4 new office managers. 1st manager I over heard he was stealing checks from tenants. Needs improvements on unit maintenance and landscaping. The office manager makes tenants feel out work order forms but it never gets filled or the maintenance personnel doesn’t do it when need to. It sometimes takes months for them do fill the work order form. If garbage disposal breaks they don’t replace it. Something was wrong with my shower head and office manager said to use the bottom faucet of bath tub to shower and can’t fix now because the maintenance personnel is getting units ready for move ins. I’m still here because it’s convenient for my kids school and you won’t find anywhere cheaper.
