Do not move here unless you want your car stolen or robbed. They took down the security gates and cars are vandalized on weekly basis. After numerous complaints and police reports management and RKW do nothing about it.

Front office extremely helpful and very very pleasant! Love them all! Pool is well maintained and very clean. Grills are clean, working and in great shape. Maintenance requests for apartment is taken care of very quickly. Apartment lay out (2 bedroom/2 bath) is great with large kitchen and plenty of storage space. Also, very quiet community....sleep like a baby. Highly recommend!

We’ve been living here for almost three (3) years not regretful of our decision. We scheduled a tour with Mrs. Llana, and immediately started the process for approval. Throughout our time here Mrs. Llana, has been our go to person, she has always been extremely helpful to our needs, kind, quick to attend to any problems that arise, very approachable, professional and always takes the time to listen and accommodate. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous staff and workers. The Maintenance staff is very professional and repairs are done in a timely fashion. The workout rooms are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I like the convenience of the having a private garage. Overall, The complex is extremely safe. beautiful neighborhood with nearby parks, shopping and trails.".. Ask for Mrs. Llana.

The kitchen cabinets were a bit out of alignment and some were chipping / coming loose from the wood. Easy to request maintenance from the resident portal and the jobs was done a couple days later and in one visit. Great job

I have only been living here for a couple weeks but so far, it has been excellent. There is generally a good vibe at Seabourn Cove. From the moment I stepped in the office for the tour, the Leasing Supervisor, Iana made me feel at home. You can tell there is a community feel because everyone knows her by name. A resident noticed I was touring the property and recommended it right away, called it a great place to live. The apartments are super spacious and well-kept. I love having a screened-in balcony, lots of windows for natural light and vaulted ceilings (only in some units). Neighbors are super friendly and welcoming as well. The only things that I would mention as negatives are that the guest parking is a tad bit limited while there are many reserved spots not taken, and it is pretty difficult for delivery drivers to find the place. Sometimes the GPS does not recognize the address and the buildings do not have a easily visible building number on it. These are totally things that you can get around though.
Nice, clean and take care about their resident
The appearance of the community is excellent except in the mailbox area. The garbage receptacle is not what's needed for the disposable papers. There is often a lack of communication (i.e. pool signage says pool closed but not so). I have requested info and not gotten a response.
The management team, office staff and maintenance team ensure a safe and happy environment.
I love the lush surroundings. Love my life here.
My only concern is the office staff except Yana being courteous to my issues that may arise. Maintenance is extremely professional and courteous at all times.

Ive been living in sea bourn cove now for almost one year. Its a wonderful community thats not only beautiful and well kept with the people here are also terrific. Its hard to imagine calling any place else home. I know its a rental but Im not sure were ever going to leave!

Seabourn Cove is a beautiful community with an amazing office and maintenance staff. The prices are reasonable and it really is the based place to rent in South Florida. And I am speaking from experience as I have rented here for over 15 years in 8 different residences. This place is very well kept. Any negative review are people being who just do not follow basic and common sense rules.
No help on weekends.

Subpar living experience. Zero accountability for community and its episodes. Instead of offering to resolve the issues. They offer your i leave. Definitely shows what kind of people they are here. Very lazy and weak minded. They expect a lot. Like rent in time. But not to be asked to rectify situations. Very sad. This isn't a well managed community. Their shareholders are in Chicago. Seeing how that city is running makes perfect sense why this community is such a disaster. We can be here all day ... parking sucks. People constantly park wheee it says NO PARKING. They block my driveway so i have to scratch my car getting in and out. PNS is a lazy disaster. They tell me they won't tow the vehicle blocking it driveway. But they will boot it... complete morons. Like every end of this place is run and handled by Mr. Magoo.

We are out of here. Fiance's car was booted over the weekend for parking in a vistors spots. Yes, residents are not supposed to park in vistors but come on. There are so many empty units around here and the way the resident demographics are changing, it's time to move on. At the pool this past weekend and it looked like a public pool in lieu of a private pool. No monitoring and now they said they are getting a courtesy person. Also, just found out the lady who had the pitbulls that bit me are still living in the community. I was lied too. They told me, due to the fact they were not service animals, they would be removed within 24 hours.. It's been over a month now. We loved this place the first year we were here. Now, it's a completely different place.
Kelly our leasing professional is truly a professional and lives onsite. That says something. Grounds are emaculate. Great layouts. Attached garage w/ spot in front. Easy to work with. Maintenance tickets answered immediately. Best location within walking distance of Atl Ave. Trash Valet (5x week) - you don't even take your trash out!! 2 gyms & pools which resemble a spa. Sauna. Dog Park. Extremely friendly neighbors. Very private & quiet neighborhood. Spacious units. Clean, modern, top in Boynton. Ask for Kelly.

The grounds are clean, the staff is kind and competent , and amenities are are great . I appreciate the proximity to the ocean. Our 3 bed townhouse is quiet and green built appliances and utilities save a lot of money Definitely recommend living here.

Loving Seabourn Cove where the Manager, Stefanie, and all the office staff really aim to please. Property is extremely well maintained. Terrific amenities including 2 pools, outdoor grills, nice gym, sauna. Activities held for the residents and the staff will be at the entrance handing out breakfast on occasion. My apartment is very comfortable and there is a LOT of storage under the stairs (not all apartments have this) and in the garage.
