Property Ratings at Seagrass Apartment Homes
Unfriendly and dirty pools. Residents told us that the big front pool was closed last June, July, and part of August! Residents were told a heated pool was being put in. There is still no heated pool. What changed our minds is that these residents asked the Property Manager and staff about the heated pool and they all acted clueless. If residents are being lied to about the main amenity, what else are they being lied to about. This property does have a second pool, but enter at your own risk! Broken glass, cigarette butts, and filmy pool, GROSS!

Since this new management took over in November the property has gone downhill. Minor low budget improvements and large pool has been cracked 2 times in the bottom that was fixed and now has to be rebuilt. Grounds also has not been kept up and people who have been here for years are moving out. Once management get their act together it will be an A property again - we hope.
We have been residents for three years and we only have words of thanks, because the stay in this complex has been wonderful. the beautiful facilities always, the maintenance service is fast and timely, the cleaning of the green areas, the pool, the gym, the bbq, in general the whole complex is spectacular, and the attention of the staff is extraordinary, especially Nastasha and Melissa. we love the activities they offer for residents and we enjoy the food trucks very much. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR EVERYTHING WE REALLY ARE HAPPY LIVING IN SEAGRASS APARTMENT HOME

Very beautiful here at seagrass apartments and I feel secure knowing that there are Sheriff's that live in the buildings and we have Gates oh, and safety measures like new lights have been put in where it was dark before.

The Gymsium is outstanding. The Swimming pools are very clean. We also like the Cathedral ceiling and the Studio lights in the dining and kitchen area.

I have been a resident for 4 yrs. Living in this location has great access to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, schools, churches, hospital, etc. - everything. Love my floor plan. The office stood attentive and responsive, which is important for apartment living. They go above and beyond in planning diverse activities and reaching out to tenants on a daily basis with news or issues. The maintenance crew is the best since Ive lived here and do a great job too. Also, want to commend all staff members for working with the entire community during COVID with safety practices.

Seagrass Apartments are well maintained and managed. Staffing has always been super nice, caring and accommodating. The property is well maintained and the apartments inside are beautiful and well laid out. Soundproofing is bad, I can hear everything the people above me are doing and I do live below people who walk incredibly loud. If there was any soundproofing between the units it would make living here a dream.

Not great. Was attacked by a cat on property, seagrass did not respond to e-mail. Air conditioning has broken 5 times since March.

I've lived at many "higher end" apartment complex since college and this is one of the best. I looked at all the different complexes in the area and this why my final choice based on price,cleanliness, staff friendliness, and location. Tamaya is too far from the beach and unreasonably expesnive. Enclave is dirty and old. Banyan Bay is old for the same price. There were more, but I forgot. The staff is very friendly and sincerely caring/understanding. The only issue I have is that my downstairs neighbor complains about noise A LOT. I mean, a lot. She doesn't even let me assemble furniture in broad daylight for an hour without her complaints being made known. I knew noise is an issue living in apartments so I purposely chose a 3rd floor unit. 2nd floor units may be cheaper, but you get what you pay for. The place is very clean and very well maintained. The amenities are beautiful and well kept, as well. I don't have any noise issues and I live in a building with families. Definitely and highly recommend living here just make sure to not live above a complainer, if possible. I wish the pond was catch and release. Never had an issue with the gates. The floor scratch (residue) easily; just moving my chair leaves a mark of residue. The staff is absolutely incredible. Very helpful at move in. So many activities and events. There's a food truck on site 5/7 days. Office is always quick to respond. Parking lot is clean and newer asphalt. Kind of unique to have a contract with AT&T for internet. def live here.

The apartment complex is very unsafe. We get multiple crime advisories and I personally have had my LOCKED car broken into. The office staff and managers will not do anything to help. The apartment walls are thin so you will hear everything your neighbors do. There is trash on the ground everywhere around the complex. The worst experience I’ve had living in an expensive apartment

The staff at Seagrass is not only professional but very supportive and caring about any problems or concerns. The facility is excellent play maintained not only for landscaping but for hazards such as fire but prevention as well
