Property Ratings at Seahawk Cove
The staff here is amazing!! I lived here for a few months now and I honestly love it! Yes the property has minor issues, but every property does. There’s no other property I rather renew my lease at this year!
EVERYTHING about this place is poor. No amenities. $900 to move in to a dirty, unrepaired apartment. No maintenance.
Roommates didn’t know I was moving in. The place was a mess. Locks were changed on me in the first month and I wasn’t notified. I got locked out and waited close to an hour for the manager to show up. When she showed, she didn’t get off her phone the entire time, which wasn’t even work related. Maintenance workers will enter the apartment 2 seconds after knocking. They just barge in. And sometimes I’m not even told that maintenance is visiting, in advance, when it happens. This place has no respect for their residents. Also: roaches and thin walls.
