Palm Beach Shores is a quiet beach town just minutes northeast of West Palm Beach. The community is surrounded on three sides by water, positioned at the tip of a peninsula running south from Juno Beach and connected by bridge to Riviera Beach. Most of the landscape is filled by a grid of suburban homes, with high-rise condos along the oceanfront.
On the north side of town, you’ll find a small cluster of popular restaurants and bars across the street from City Beach, with a few specialty shops nearby as well. Boating and fishing are popular pastimes, and traveling by boat is the only way to reach nearby Peanut Island, a favorite hangout among locals.

Property Ratings at Seascape Apartments
I’ve been here for a year and let me tell you the management and owners of this company are truly dedicated to their tenants. If there is ever anything wrong with the building, landscaping and/or your unit they will fix it immediately! I’m extremely happy living here and I recommend it seriously to everyone who can afford it! See you soon at Seascape Apartments
Leasing office is terrible. They claim we don’t pay for the pool, yet we own and “amenity fee” every month and refuse to reimburse for the time we paid we they made the pool unavailable. They claim office hours are 9-6 on weekdays and yet you call before 6 and they don’t answer. They offer no help to this community and residents. The property is nice but managed by people that under qualified for what is needed from them. Do not live here. Seascape Apartments is the worst experience I have ever had.
Building itself it falling down. I live in a newly redone apatment. WORST constuction I have every seen. I didn't ever know you could buy appliances that crappy! Nothing extra and don't ask mangement to spend one red penny, they won't!
I love Singer Island and found this on a drive by one day. My current lease is not over yet, but I hope that I get to live here. I love the renovations and I love the BEACH!!!

Would never lease here again! No customer service, pool gets closed by the department of health twice a year for months at a time. I could go on and on. Great location only reason I gave one star.

Hi, we regret to hear that you had a negative experience with us, but would appreciate the chance to turn your experience around. We are currently under new management and strive daily to make all of residents happy and meet their expectations in their home. The first apartment we moved into had quite a few issues. 1-The front door had a whole in it from being punched 2-We had a window that did not close in the bathroom, and from the time we were in that apartment to the time we moved out of it neither of these issues were resolved. (7/1/17 - 9/30/18). 3 - Our refrigerator stopped working, no one is sure why, however we notified the management right away and put it in our service requests, this took over a week to get rectified, a week without a refrigerator for our food and everything we had went bad. Now those were the 3 major issues at that apartment, there were plenty more less major concerns that took a long time to get resolved. In September we moved into another building, and again issue after issue. Rodents, ants, lizards, you name it we had/have it. The windows in the house, none of them open, yet they are so old they let all the hot air in and cool air out. There is one window where lizards literally come in through the gap, since we have had issues we are told over and over again that they will be resolved and the windows will be replaced, however they are not, and the only thing we could think of doing (being from Wisconsin) is to put plastic over the windows in hopes that it will help with keeping the cool air in and all the rodents out. NOPE! Still not fixed and it is now almost 4/1/18. In addition to that once at this apartment where our utilities are now included per our lease, they forgot to pay our FPL bill, so our power was shut off for about 5 hours one day, and when I called the management company they told me that I had to call FPL myself.. and when emailing them they told us it was shut off because we didn't pay our bill, mind you that they are the ones who are suppose to pay it. Finally they got that all squared away after I had called FPL myself and almost had to pay the delinquent amount myself to get my power back. Now for the past three months, they have been trying to charge us for a VCR charge, upon messaging and calling them I am told that it is a system error and that I do not need to pay it and it will automatically be removed, however after not paying it and only paying the rent amount we received a 3 day eviction notice, go to the management office with it and they say it is voided because it was due to the VCR charge that they never corrected. Having the same issue this month, hopefully they will get it fixed without giving an eviction notice.
