If you don't want to throw your money away and live a real nightmare, I strongly advise you not to rent in this place!! It's been almost 6 months since I rented here and it's the worst thing I've ever experienced in my life! The house is a disaster, they never cleaned it to give it to me, the bathtubs are in bad shape and after a lot of fighting they only painted 2, the carpet has a bad smell that still hasn't gone away, but the worst thing is that the kitchen furniture is full of cockroaches and their waste to the point that they are in terrible shape and even corroded. And the Manager evades any type of responsibility with the only response that we leave if we want, no matter what. I have 3 children including a baby who has not stopped getting sick since we lived here!!! Think carefully before renting in this place!!!
I’m regretting the day I step foot on this property, it’s poorly managed, and the truth is never given. It is a filth place that is needing much repairs. Luxury price for mediocre townhome.

I live here and this property only gets worst. Management got rid of all the good staff like Kevin & Jennifer and now it's full of incompetent, rude, ignorant staff. The whole new staff should get replaced, specially the manager. I absolutely hate living here. Do not move in here! These people have the worst customer service in the world!

These places are Huge but you are as a renter entitled too cutting your own grass, maintenance just walks into your home without you knowing you could be naked or ja minor is there they just violate your privacy ! It take 20 complaints for one repair.. They tow your cars even if it’s registered on the lease! The bath tubs are spray painted and eventually peel, permant rings in the vinyl tub company too cheap too invest ... units haven’t been pressured cleaned in ages Lgae growing on units... also the refrigerator is so small you can barely put anything in it, the sliding doors and windows have no screens and frogs enter your home as if they are a part of the family... neighbors are dirty its like the upscale projects Community filled with trash piles and security guards are sleeping or too lazy too verify residents they let anyone in just sad

Well I normally do now write negative reviews on any subject matter but I would regret not writing one for this place. I moved in a year ago when it was still under the name Palm Breeze, but was changed back in September to Seascape Pointe. This place has gone downhill rapidly. You have people out in the street smoking weed, with kids running around in plain view. You have neighbors that have probably lived in the city and were chased down this way due to increase in rents in Miami. The office staff is clueless in their positions. I was accused of not paying for rent x 2 months, in which I clearly had receipts I kept just in case. Was surprising to me to see a pay or be evicted notice on door one morning.........I went to the office and they jokingly cleared it up. Then trying to get a deposit back from this place is impossible. It seems they just want to take your money left and right. The cable/wifi never works, seems to always go down..........which you only have 1 choice- AT&T uverse crap. I just advise people to look elsewhere, or rent from a private landlord........its not worth the headache.

This is my second time living in this community. I came back because of the space in the units. The community is quiet and my neighbors are nice. The leasing office attends to the needs of their renters. Kevin is awesome! Monthly pest control if you call and request it. Maintenance and all other inquiries are completed within 48 hours. They have an app that allows you to make payments and maintenance requests. Once maintenance request is completed, they email you to ensure that everything is ok. Johnny, the maintenance guy, does great work. No complaints so far.
that suck that they have a bad attitude do fix things in the apt the security company is not that great a the gate
I live in a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath townhome. I enjoy the environment that I live in.
