Not even okay for college students

There are so many things wrong with this place. The rent is unreasonably high for a place that need to be gutted and rebuilt properly. Windows are crooked and don't open, no insulation in the walls so its cold even with the heat on high and you hear everything, the electrical bills are high, mold in the bathroom because there's no window and the fan does nothing, and an elevator that will fail anyway now. The other tenants are awesome but the building isn't cost effective nor do you feel safe.
