Do not let positive reviews fool you. This is absolutely the worst leasing office you will ever work with. The lack of communication and transparency in the way they do things is appalling. ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!! They will have the unit clean for you to look at and then roaches will come out from everywhere within 2 weeks of moving in.
Parking is a nightmare, with not enough spaces for residents, let alone guests. The grounds are poorly maintained, with trash and debris often scattered around. The leasing office staff is rude and unhelpful, and they seem more interested in making excuses than solving problems.

beyond rude front office people. The same 3 I speak to are always so rude. I thought that as a resident I can openly express my concerns. I called twice asking about the front gate because it is always broke. The outside neighborhood is not so good and people walk in. After speaking with a friend of mine that also lives here in the complex, she told me her car was broken into! I saw the car with the window shattered and the door left open. When I called for a third time I was spoken to terribly and told that "it will get fixed when it gets fixed" as they then proceeded to hang up.
This is my fourth time renewing my lease and each and every time the process has gone flawlessly. The staff always works with me to achieve a successful outcome. While my maintenance calls are few and far between, whenever I do call the maintenance crew arrives promptly and repairs my issue in a timely and very courteous manner. Job well done all around.

They increased rent by $1030 and called it being competitive. The amount they are charging now is not worth it. The plumbing is horrible! Your toilet flushes when the neighbor flushes theirs. You can hear water running in the walls, cars are burglarized all the time. Management promised more security and police presents, that hasn’t happened. The apartments have mold. You’re paying for a lake view and the lake is digusting and murky. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything and replaces appliances with old broken ones. They force you to pay for amenities you don’t use. Sidewalks are broken and is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Management is a joke and only care about money. They care nothing about the residents. Residents are moving out everyday and others say they are waiting for their lease to end. Trust me there are better places for much cheaper than what they are charging.
Seasons 704 is a well maintained community in close proximity to major airport and businesses. The management team and maintenance are very responsive. The only item I would change is eliminate the garbage valet service. The piled garbage in the hallway is unsightly and often times smells and overflows for some. There are enough dumpsters that residents can dispose of their own garbage.

The amenities are very nice, even through the pandemic, we are given choices to use them.
Seasons 704 is a beautiful community perfectly located in West Palm Beach. Everything you could need is within a 5 minute drive, the apartments are modern and spacious and the landscaping in the community is beautiful. Very happy with our move!
Living here for 4 years, now. I needed to move to a 1st floor apt after my 1st year due to knee issues, and was accommodated nicely, after i furnished the correct paperwork from the Dr. No fees were incurred. The only issue would be, since we have to pay for alarm services, the gate should be working properly. Time to upgrade.
What you see is what you get Don’t expect much from this place it looks nice but once you live here you will see the differences the maintenance workers are lazy and the management is just sad

Overall, Season 704 is very nice place to live.
I came home after an extremely stressful day at work and found an issue with my refrigerator. Added stress and worry about my refrigerator grocery so I contacted the front office for assistance with maintenance and with in minutes the maintenance tech responded.
With the old management every year that we renewed our lease we got a free carpet cleaning, but not with this new management. Before the a/c was fixed it was leaking water really bad and destroyed the carpet in the hallway. The maintenance guy said that they would put a new carpet in but that never happened. Instead they just dried it with a power blower and thats it. Its been over 4 years or and now the carpet is terrible looking , dirty looking even if we clean it ourselves. It needs to be replace in the living room and hallway.
When we first moved in this place was great!! The girls in the office were very awesome and helpful. That lasted for about two months. I guess management changed cause since it has been awful. We aren’t ones to complain. I have never left a bad review but I feel like I need to warn others about this place. After three months of living here our car gets broken into. I called the front office and they didn’t seem to car. Our “security” gate never works. It’s either always open or just lets anyone in. Fourth month of living here we get a leak in our apartment. I called to have the maintenance come and fix it. They came out and took pictures and that was the last I heard from that. 5 months go by. Nothing was fixed. The leak gets bigger and now is possibly growing mold. It took me to calling the regional manager of the company to have something fixed. They painted over the leak and said that it should be done. Yes the leak is fixed but now they have to come back and fix my walls that have been destroyed by the water. During all this they decided to upgrade everyone’s toilets. They took out my old one. Left my bathroom a complete mess. Had to take out part of my counter so now there’s a part of my wall that’s just plastered. The new toilet is smaller on the bottom then my old one so I have a huge gap on my floor from where the old hole was and my toilet now. Mind you it took 2 months for them to change my toilet and paint a wall. For the months that I have had to deal with this, I paid my rent on time and not once made a complaint. My compensation for having my ceiling leak for 5 months straight and them taking 2 months to change my toilet, is $100. This management must be out of their minds. $100 doesn’t even cover water trash and their admin fee for paying online. I can’t wait to leave this complex. And I am taking them to small claims court for all this. It’s ridiculous. I can’t believe this is what I’m going through for what I pay each month.
First off the gate is never closed so anyone can come in. Multiple car break ins and the parking is crazy there are a bunch of cars that aren't registered with the complex some that don't even move and they just let them sit there. Office staff has been ok but if you have any sort of issue the attitude changes, they will direct you to resident services which is THE WORST. I just feel this complex does not live up to what I was sold when I first moved in. Our AC has gone out multiple times and we would have to make multiple request before it would be fixed. The pool that has been closed for most of the time I have lived here is constantly filled with people who don't live in the community because the gate just stays wide open. The now have a security guard who will put a warning on your car if you park in the grass but again there are not enough spots for everyone to park. BH management nickle and dimes you over anything never taking into consideration the hassles that they have put on you being a resident. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. The car detail center has people who don't even live here use it to detail cars as a business all weekend so you are only able to use it during the week.
This is a pretty descent community expect for a couple of things. First, the gate isn't working, it hasn't been working for months. When it is working it stays open long enough for 20 cars to pass through. Cars are waiting at the gate for you to come in so that they can ride behind you, and there's usually more than two or three cars waiting. This is scary! Next there is a fence is the back of the apartments that is constantly being damaged because the community behind Bayberry tear holes in the fence as a short cut. One the ways this can be fix is to put the same nice black gate that is in the front of the apartment complex in the back of the complex. At night you see a group of guys walking through the community and there are people and kids from other neighborhoods using the pool. Last but not least, people park in front on the building instead of a parking spot and management thinks it's fine(wow)! The maintenance crew is very professional they are quick and trustworthy. It is a quiet community until the summer comes!!!!!!!!!!
I made the move from South Jersey to West Palm Beach for a job. The task of renting an apartment was a necessary priority I wasn't looking forward to. Through apartments.com I found several options and settled on Bayberry Apartments. The staff were helpful in making the move smooth and easy. The apartment I have is very spacious. Overall the facilities look well maintained. I especially like the fact that my unit had its own washer and dryer. I love being located on the lake and watching the wildlife from my balcony. The only disappointment is that the fitness center is currently under renovation and won't be completed until November 2015, but ultimately that will only make the place better. Only fifteen minutes from downtown, this apartment complex is diamond in the rough. I can assure you that you'll love this complex!
My Name is Michael I just move back to FL from Germany from being in Active military service, I have used every apartment finder web site, apps, etc and had no luck everyone i would call the the apartment wouldn't be available but online it said it is, but this website apartment.com there database was always up to date I was able to find an affordable apartment thanks to this Website... Nice apartments gated community. Now managed under new owners and they are revamping everything. The building well taken care of and staff is always willing to help with any issues you may have. Comes with 24 hr fitness room access and well maintained pool and tennis yard. About 10 minutes from shopping outlets and about 15 min from downtown life. Been here for about one year and a half (just renewed my lease) and haven't had any problems.
