Management is great, Scott, Ana and Brandon are always willing to help, always kind and patient. It is our second year here and we love it!

Maintenance Responds so Quickly We have been here a little over a year. We haven't had a lot of problems and the ones we have had were minimal. However Brandon responds so quick. He gets to things as quick as he can and always communicates and gives us updates. He's the best.

Awesome apartment complex. Apartments are spacious and up to date. Common spaces are very clean and well kept. Location is super convenient for city activities and the mountains. Staff is very helpful and timely.

I call this place home because it's so cozy and friendly here. I've lived here for 4 years and have enjoyed every minute of it.

I had an issue with my sink and the service to take care of it was prompt and well managed. Good work

Do not move here. I have been a resident for nearly two years. The walls are thin enough to hear your neighbors sneeze (literally). The property manager changed since I first moved in and is difficult to work with. There are plenty of better places downtown to spend your rent money

I have lived here for nearly two years now, and it's been great! The location is convenient, pretty close to TRAX. The units also have gas stoves, which is a bonus. The best part, though, is the maintenance guy, Tim. I've put in requests late at night and had Tim swing by first thing in the morning.

We recently moved into this apartment. Property is very nice with your own covered parking. The best part about this apartment is Tim, a very nice and caring man who would go out of his way to help us in the middle of the night when we did not have any hot water. Apparently, Libray Square changed Management and so we ended up in an ADA apartment, but all worked out beautifully and thanks to Melia. They both handle our problem professionally. As for the property manager, Jordain is nice, but I mostly dealt with Melia and Tim. I will update her status later.

Safe and clean, maintenance is very fast and friendly.

Seasons at Library Square is probably one the best apartments in town. It's clean, has great facilities, you can use the gym and spa anytime, great management, very good people, very secured since it's quite near the police station, security keys and automatic door lock are pretty tight cuz its very convenient, and very accessible to just anywhere you need to be. Just a few blocks from groceries, restaurants and downtown malls. I totally recommend this apartment for short and long term deals.

The interior of the rooms make you feel like you're first class. And the staff, more importantly the manager, is awesome and work with you on common problems and more specific needs. I cannot recommend this place enough. 10/10!!!!

I lived here for a brief stint while I was doing an internship, and can I just say how great of an experience it was! I was so worried about moving and finding a place that would make me feel safe and comfortable, this is just that! Issa (the property manager) was so polite and made the transision of moving in and out so easy and effortless on my part! The maintence staff was on top of everything and helped me set up my internet on all my devices! Thank you seasons staff! You guys rock!!

Yes , I love this community because seasons at Library Square has a Great staff! Because they are so friendly, also Great location and amenities. Safe property and Very well clean. I recommend this apartment community to anyone who's looking for place here in downtown SLC.

One of the best, if not, the best apartments in salt Lake city! The Management is top notch. Work orders are done in a timely manner and the building is very secured.

Great Property. Management is amazing and Facilities are awesome. Very secured building and walking distance to Public Transportation and Grocery stores.

Lower price than much else nearby, it is in walking distance of downtown, has good amenities, and good staff. The maintenance man should be more knowledgeable about some of the things he is expected to do.

Great amenities with beautiful apartments. I love the courtyard in the center where you could sit under the sun and read by the poolside.

Great place to live for people new to salt lake city. Well furnished and provides facilities such as theatre, parking, clubhouse,etc. The apartments are spacious at affordable prices and are very safe and secure. Set at a prime location this place gives you a very homely feeling at the highest level. Big thumbs up!!!!

The location and quality of these apartments can not be praised enough. Only a block away from TRAX and within walking distance to nightlife in downtown SLC is wonderful. The building is very well maintained, very quiet, and apartments have great appliances. I love living here!

I've love being so close to the university and downtown area. Issa is amazing and very attentive. Highly recommend.

I moved in as the units were being finished and saw the entire complex slowly get better and better. The office manager is great and very willing to help me out. Lots of parking, great AC, very nice kitchen and bath fixtures, nice decor and all in all good place.
