This is one of the most beautiful and clean properties I have lived at. I have been here for a year and have had such a great experience. The grounds are always clean, great staff and great perks. I love attending their monthly events like the paint and sip night, wine tasting class and pool parties. I'm happy to call the bluffs home, and hope to stay a few more years.

Living at The Bluffs has been an amazing experience! Vanessa, Jubelly and Lisa have been amazing! The Maintenance team is super helpful and fast, they always take care of my requests as soon as possible. I have been at the bluffs for 2 years and have never felt more at peace than I do living here!

My fiancée and I lived at the bluffs for 2 years. The first year was AMAZING! The second year, things started to fall apart with all the changes in management. When we moved parking spaces they failed to change it in their system. When we got back from our vacation over the holidays they had her car towed since they failed to save it. They also failed to take responsibility and we ended up paying $250 to get the car back with not even an apology. Leaving was the best thing we did. Beautiful location, beautiful apartments, terrible leadership.

I lived there and there were never any issues, never any late payments and never caused any issues for the complex. I moved out and everything was fine, I even called the office to make sure everything was good. its 2 years later after I moved out and I'm now being contacted by a collection agency! They sent me to collections over $71, messed up my credit and never made any reasonable attempts to even let me know that I owed them money much less sending me to collections.

My time at The Bluffs in Romeoville, IL, has been nothing short of frustrating due to the ineptitude of the management team. The facility, despite its potential, is marred by consistent mismanagement and a penchant for overcharging residents at every turn. The incompetence of the management at The Bluffs is glaring, with a series of poor decisions that have negatively impacted the living experience. From unresolved maintenance issues to a lack of timely response to resident concerns, it's clear that running the facility efficiently is not a priority. One of the most significant grievances is the management's tendency to overcharge residents and implement frequent price hikes. The continuous increase in prices, coupled with additional fees, has created an environment where residents feel unfairly burdened financially. It seems that every opportunity is seized to squeeze more money out of the residents, without any noticeable improvement in the overall quality of living. The lack of transparency regarding these price hikes and the absence of tangible benefits for residents have created a sense of frustration and resentment. Instead of focusing on enhancing the living conditions, the management appears solely driven by a desire to maximize profits, even at the expense of resident satisfaction. Prospective residents should be wary of The Bluffs if they value fair pricing and competent management. This was the first apartment I looked at when I started apartment searching. After I was showed their models I instantly fell in love with their 2 bedroom/2 bathroom model with an attached garage. I ended up doing the application the same day because I didn’t want anyone taking it. That’s how much I loved that unit. Kati was so professional, she answered all my questions and made it very easy for me. I move in June 1st and I’m very excited!
